Clean pyramid 60kg x5 65kg x4 70kg x3 75kg x2 80kg x1 Some of the clips from my session today. Went up to a top set then worked back down again. Last time I worked on cleans was before Christmas so a little rusty. Was jumping forward a little. I need to work on getting a full triple extension before dropping under bar. Cleans are a fundamental part of Olympic lifting. This exercise has shown to be more effective at improving explosive speed and vertical jump height when compared to powerlifting. This is a highly skilled and technical sport. For anyone looking for a new challenge or trying to that edge on the competition in their own sport its definitely worth getting a coach to teach you 👌💪 #gym#betterbodygroup #session#olympicweightlifting #trainingday #personaltrainer #movitional #fun #lovinglife #gymlife #gymtime by @s.williamson
