Fish of a lifetime! Slob! Need a scale. My guess is it was a 6-7lb largemouth. Legendary night. Caught on the smallest hook in the tackle box. Caught off the dock at The Blue Water Manor in Lake George. Still shaking with excitement. Thanks to Mary for capturing it! @lizcconnors @bluewatermanor @bassproshops @bass_nation @kistlerrods @lakegeorgeassociation @lakegeorgeassociation #bass #fishing #slob #instagood #lakegeorge by @s4president

Shoulder 360 this past week in Miami. Very fortunate to have a career that allows you to build relationships with surgeons and colleagues who elevate the shoulder orthopedic landscape. Most days it doesn’t feel like work, when you get to solve problems with some of the best and brightest people on the planet. Humbled and grateful. @joeabboudshouldermd @shoulder360course @steveg.orthomd @newport.shoulder @anand_murthi_md_shoulderdoc @loewsmiami by @s4president

Prime Rib Recipe. Step 1: salt the roast. Let it sit for 4-5 hours Step 2: chop garlic and fresh rosemary after the 4-5 hours of just salt. Place inside the roast and cover the outside Step 3: refrigerate the roast UNCOVERED overnight Step 4: take out the roast after your morning coffee. Pepper the entire roast and add a bit more salt. Let the roast sit for another 4-5 hours to try to get to room temperature Step 5: make the rub: 2 sticks butter, package or fresh rosemary and 2 cloves of fresh garlic Step 6: apply rub to all sides of the roast Step 7: pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees Step 8: secure a thermometer. I use @mychefiq Step 9: place roast in at 450 degrees for 15 minutes Step 10: decrease oven temperature to 325 degrees. Step 11: crack a beer Step 12: take out the roast when it hits an internal temp of 125 degrees Step 13: cut at 132 degrees for medium rare. Cut at 135 for more medium. #steak #instagood #meat #christmas #family by @s4president
