Buenos dias y gracias vida 🙏🏽✨🤍

Stillness is one things you can’t buy. But you can learn to return to it.

True luxury is a nervous system at rest.

A small evening ritual:
Breathe in for four, out for six.
Then place your fingers on Nei Guan, the Inner Gate, three finger widths above the wrist, for thirty seconds on each side.

A ritual worth keeping for a quiet moment. 🤍

My holistic treatments combine meridian therapy, acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine to support the nervous system in finding its natural balance at your home or villa in Mallorca or at the studio in Portixol.

By appointment. Enquiries via message.

**A touch that remembers you. 🌊**

Barefoot in the sand, the rhythm of the waves, acupressure points, breath and meridian work , guiding the nervous system back into safety.

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about regulation, creating space where your body remembers how to find balance on its own.

Nature holds. Touch reminds. The body returns. 🤍

Breathe.

Notice what is here.

The places that are still holding.
The parts of you that are ready to soften.

In a treatment, we don’t have to force anything to change. Through mindful touch, breath and deep listening, we create the conditions for your body to feel supported enough to slow down.

To come out of constant doing.
To reconnect with sensation.
To gently find its way back towards regulation.

For me, holistic bodywork is a space of presence, connection and trust. A space where you don’t have to perform, explain or achieve anything.

Just a moment to be with yourself.
To be held.
To listen to what your body has been trying to tell you. 🤍

More than a workshop. A new way of working with people. ✨

This November, I’m opening the doors to the very first HoTo – Holistic Touch Certification Training in Mallorca.

Designed for massage therapists, bodyworkers, wellness professionals, and anyone who feels called to this path, this immersive experience combines holistic massage, holistic bodywork, nervous system regulation, Meridian Therapy, Tao Massage inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupressure, and the principles of Tai Chi & Qi Gong.

My vision is simple: to help you become the practitioner who truly makes a difference — creating a space where people feel safe, supported and deeply seen through intentional touch.

This is more than learning techniques. It’s about understanding the body as a whole, developing your intuition, and gaining the confidence to work with presence, purpose and compassion.

🌿 Small groups only

Taking time.
Being with people who matter.
Laughing, feeling, breathing, being fully present — without thinking about what comes next.

So much of my work is about bringing people back into the present moment, back into their bodies, back to themselves. And I’m reminded again and again how important it is to live this myself, too.

Life doesn’t only happen in the big plans and milestones.
It happens right here. In this moment.

Feeling deeply grateful for these little escapes, for beautiful souls around me, and for the reminder to simply be. 🤍

Present. Connected. Grateful.

Your body doesn’t relax because someone touches you.

It relaxes when your nervous system feels safe.

Healing begins long before techniques—it begins with presence, trust, and connection. 🤍

What do you notice in your body when you finally feel safe?

#HolisticMassageMallorca #NervousSystemRegulation #MindfulTouch #Bodywork #Massagemallorca by @sabi.holistic.massage

Healing begins long before the first touch.

Before every session, I prepare the space with intention, presence and care. Because for me, healing doesn’t begin on the massage table,
💚it begins the moment you arrive and feel safe enough to simply let go.

✨There is something truly special about receiving a treatment surrounded by nature. The gentle breeze, the warmth of the sun and the peaceful surroundings invite your body to slow down, your nervous system to settle and your mind to find stillness.

🙏🏽Every detail matters to me, because every client matters to me.

🪬My work is more than a treatment. It is an opportunity to pause, reset your nervous system and restore your natural balance.

If you’re looking for more than just a massage…
If you’re ready to experience a true reset for your body, calm your nervous system and restore your natural balance…

I would love to be part of your journey.

We weren’t born to simply be noticed.
We were born to make an impact.

Not through perfection.
Not through status.
But through presence.
Through purpose.
Through the way we make people feel.

Real leadership is helping someone believe in themselves again.
Real influence is turning your story into hope for someone else.

Make people feel seen.
Make people feel heard.
Share what you’ve learned.
Create more leaders — not more followers.

Because at the end of the day, your life won’t be remembered for what you had…
but for who you became,
who you helped become,
and what kind of light you left in this world. ✨

That is purpose.
That is legacy.

Rebalance your system. ✨

In a world that rarely slows down, the body begins to carry what the mind cannot process —
tension, emotions, constant stimulation.

My holistic treatments are designed to gently guide your nervous system back into a state of balance and inner coherence.
Blending intuitive touch, meridian work, acupressure and carefully selected essential oils, each session becomes a deeply personalized experience.

Inspired by the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, my work follows the natural flow of energy — creating space for release, softness and quiet strength within the body.

More than relaxation…
a refined return to balance.

Your nervous system shapes the way you experience life. ✨

Stress is not only held in the mind — it settles into the body, the breath, the muscles and the energetic system.
Over time, the body can remain in a constant state of tension without even realizing it.

My holistic massage treatments in Mallorca are designed to support nervous system regulation through a deeply intuitive and personalized approach.

By combining Meridian Balance Massage, acupressure, Tao massage inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), essential oils and mindful touch, each session is tailored to what your body truly needs in that moment.

Inspired by the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, my work focuses on restoring energetic balance, grounding the body and creating deep relaxation from within.

Because true well-being begins when the body finally feels safe enough to soften and let go.
