Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells 💚🤍❤️

For Mother’s Day, something warm and comforting. Tender pasta shells filled with creamy spinach and ricotta, baked and topped with your choice of sauce. Keep it vegetarian or add a rich, slow simmered ragù.

And of course, a little tiramisu to finish. 😉

If you’d like to order, feel free to send a message, call, or email.
Orders close Wednesday, May 6 at midnight.

With love, helping you create beautiful memories🍝

Our Roman Dinner Series brings together four classic dishes across four separate evenings, each one its own experience.

Chef Sabrina will guide you through each recipe before you sit down and enjoy a full four-course dinner together.

Come for one night or all four.

People ask my favourite restaurant… it’s my house.🍝

The one place I know the food will always be delicious - made with care, made with love, and done right. Always going above and beyond to please the crowd… even if the crowd is just one.

Because honestly, if I can’t even get a decent scrambled egg at a restaurant… what am I doing there? 🙃

My heart is so full looking through these photos. ❤️ The laughter, the connections, the beautiful meals shared together - each and every one of you has made these classes so special.

To my returning students, I hope you can feel in the warmth of my hug just how happy I am to welcome you back. It truly feels like family walking through the doors again.

Watching you all sit down and enjoy the meal I made… the joy, the love, the connection - is my favourite part every single time. Ps: if you’re a student and want to be tagged in these pictures send me a DM.

Thank you for supporting my dream and to Emma at Golden Ears Cheese Crafters for having me teach in such a beautiful space.

Stay tuned… NEW classes and exciting things are coming to Sabrina’s Cucina ✨🍝

Risotto, made the way it should be…
Slow. Silky. Shared.

Learn how it comes together, from first stir to the final bite. A fresh salad to begin, a creamy risotto to follow and a rich chocolate dessert to linger over.

Just a few places left at the table.✨

Just saying. 😉 by @sabrinas.cucina

I blinked and suddenly it’s the end of the year.

For the final time this year, the pots are simmering, the kitchen is warm, and I am taking final New Year’s Eve orders until 4pm today — tiramisu, lasagna, meatballs, and pasta sauces made the slow, loving way.

Thank you for letting my food be part of your tables and traditions this year. From my kitchen to yours ❤️
