Me: “Have you seen this one-handed butterfly flip?” @vanessa_bagge with the enthusiasm of someone who will NOT be the one yeeting herself around the pole: “LET’S DO IT!!!” Zero concerns for my survival 😂 Me: ……I was merely making conversation, Vanessa. 😂😂 Anyway, several questionable decisions later… WE DID THE THING. 🫣🔥 And this is how my innocent Thursday session escalated… 🫣😂 #onehandedflip #polefitness #poledancenation #polefit by @sabysabaerial
💞Spinny pole not often seen in @vanessa_bagge classes….I love a spinny combo @xpoleacademy . Found this gem from @cxixbrand 💝 on the bottom of my drawer , how can one forget 🧐about such a beaut?!! Oldie but Goldie 🥰 #poledancenation #polefit #spinnypole #fitlife by @sabysabaerial
