My Manifesting book & club
More Retreats
More moments where I celebrate my Son , my friends & my family.
We live in an era where all who stuck to their prophecy’s of a better world are finally being heard. A world where we know thoughts create reality, food is thy medicine, youth can be maintained, stress is linked to doctors visits so we slow down unapologetically & let go of conditioning.
I’d love us all to stop using the word “whoo woo” to describe Ancient principles that heal & keep humans happy. 💛 by @sacredplacesyoga

Having seen my other Timothy my baby brother not live past 33 I made a promise to him to choose joy.
We get amnesia and think this life’s given to all.

Yes I’m a manifesting coach but this year for many life has had a way of saying darling girl don’t focus too much on manifesting your dream life as it may very well be right before your eyes. by @sacredplacesyoga

What it’s like to be inside my head…. lol
Yes I live and breathe wellness and woo
Even when getting a facial I like to use the time to fill my cells with white light , invite my angels into the space and offer that love to the practitioner.
Yogas never been something we do on the mat alone it’s a dawn till dusk operation !
