POSTS STORIES REELS

Some seasons don’t reveal their purpose until years later. 🩷✨

Years ago, I spent countless hours helping my aunt with her event business. At the time, I didn’t think much of it. I was simply making good use of my time, helping where I could and learning along the way.

But somewhere between the décor, timelines, coordinating, problem-solving and making sure all the little details came together… I was being trained. 🥹

Fast-forward to Geography Isn’t Your Ceiling, and I had the beautiful opportunity to put those years of experience to work in an entirely new way.

Shania, thank you for trusting me with your vision and allowing me to coordinate something that meant so much to you. Watching it all come together was incredibly fulfilling. 🤍

This experience reminded me that very little is wasted with God. Sometimes what feels ordinary in one season becomes preparation for another.

I’m grateful I made good use of that season.
Grateful for everything my aunt taught me.
Grateful for the gifts God has placed in my hands.
And very excited to see where they take me next.

One gift. One opportunity. One more reminder that geography truly isn’t your ceiling. 🤍 by @sadesuethomas

Grateful doesn’t always mean recent.

Although the Mrs World pageant happened in October 2024, it was a deeply formative season for me. It taught me something I now live by: softness is strength. I do not have to be loud, performative, or showy to be seen or respected. Grace carries its own authority. Femininity holds quiet power.

That experience affirmed that I can move gently, speak calmly, and still command attention and results. It reminded me that confidence does not need volume.

I am thankful for the genuine friendships formed during that journey and for the guidance of my coach, Kwesi Yearwood, @kuterastakwesi who ensured we experienced pageantry with dignity, care, and excellence. We were not just contestants; we were treated as queens.

That season helped solidify my purpose: to help women foster, find, cultivate, nurture, and consciously choose their femininity. A woman was never designed to live in constant survival mode. There is strength in softness, and softness is not weakness.

I am deeply grateful for that chapter and genuinely excited for what 2026 holds.

Special warm shout out to my queen sisters 🩷

Daughter appreciation post!

My biggest cheerleader and critic 😂 but she has shown me what true love is and I’m so grateful that God blessed me with this amazing girl 🩷

Mommy loves you and everything’s gonna be alright.

A little intention makes the everyday feel luxurious. 🌸✨ by @sadesuethomas

Motherhood keeps teaching me: every moment doesn’t need an immediate reaction. Sometimes, the sweetest victory is keeping your peace. 🩷✨ by @sadesuethomas

A little progress every day still counts! 🩷✨

Show up, stay consistent, and give yourself grace along the way. The results will come, but quitting is NOT an option! 💪🏽🌸

Slow progress is still progress, darling! 💋

Sometimes, you need a day to quiet your mind and let the waves do the talking. 🌊🤍

@thomasonthebeach_toco is one of my favourite places to reconnect and reset. Right on the beach, surrounded by greenery, with exceptionally clean linens, towels, pool and grounds—and a friendly, accommodating owner.

There’s a family connection through marriage, but it’s the care and peaceful atmosphere that keep me coming back.

Take yourself or bring the family. Make room to rest. ✨ by @sadesuethomas

That’s all! by @sadesuethomas

You’re not late. You’re not behind. 🤍

Stop measuring your progress against someone else’s journey.

Stay focused. Do the work. Remain consistent, even when the results aren’t visible yet.

In due season, you will reap the fruit of your labour. 🌷

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

Keep going, beautiful. Your season will come. 🩷✨ by @sadesuethomas
