Matthew 11:28-30 says “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” The Lord is so faithful to those who call on His name. I found myself calling on His name for strength, courage, love, and joy on this mission trip to Honduras. The Lord showed up faithfully to produce faith, healing, freedom, and salvation in the Honduran people. Thank you Jesus that I had the opportunity to pray and love on people in prison and local churches. My heart is forever touched and changed by the freedom and healing I witnessed. I’m so grateful for the incredible team of medical professionals and prayer warriors who came on this trip. The Lord continues to show me the need for prayer. The need to cry out and intercede for those who are struggling. We all are carrying something and Jesus has invited everyone into the freedom and abundant life in Him. There is so much freedom in a surrendered heart to the Lord. Let Him carry all your heavy burdens and find rest in His love. Jesus finds joy in loving you, for when we are weak He is strong. Love on those around you and appreciate the life that has been given to you. Jesús te ama🫶 by @sadievanderver_
Psalms 23:1-6🫶 “The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.” ‭‭ by @sadievanderver_

“Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you”- Psalm 37:5 Having the opportunity to return to Nicaragua was the greatest blessing. I will forever be fond of this incredible mission trip. I’m so thankful for the forever family I made in the Seacoast team and in my host family. So grateful to see familiar faces and meet new ones. God is working in Nicaragua through all his people and I’m grateful to have been apart of it. The team this year was so willing to help and pursue the Lord and it touched so many hearts. I got the pleasure to share my testimony and a message. I also got the pleasure to pray over so many beautiful people. God has shown me so much this trip and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will forever cherish this team and this country. God loves you❤️ by @sadievanderver_

This Mission Trip will forever be a fond memory in my heart. Getting this opportunity to go to another country and be able to spread gods word and help others is such a blessing. I met some of the most loving people and they were so grateful for everything in their life. The kids in Nicaragua were so joyful and I will forever miss the time I spent with them. Im thankful for my host family that let me stay in their home for 4 days and made sure I was always comfortable. I will always miss them and think of them as my second family. I’m thankful to have met some incredible people that were apart of cfci and the Seacoast mission team. I loved seeing God working through everyone in Nicaragua and healing people who were struggling. I will always cherish the memories and people I met there. Going on this mission trip changed my life and learning about a new culture helped me understand more about the world. Even with the hard times and being uncomfortable on this trip it was still the best thing I’ve ever experienced. This trip taught me how powerful love and being thankful is. In all I will never get over this experience and I will forever miss and continue to love my family in Nicaragua🫶 by @sadievanderver_
