In 2026, @eef_erneuerbareenergienfabrik successfully completed and inaugurated two new wind farms in Beckum and Seewald, marking two important milestones with many more to come. Both openings were celebrated locally, bringing together local communities, partners, and stakeholders directly at the wind farm sites. SAFE supported EEF with the overall planning and execution of both events, including project management, event concept development, infrastructure and logistics planning, supplier coordination, and on-site production. Together, we transformed the outback wind farm locations into fully equipped event spaces for the celebrations. Photos by: @dorozinn by @safeagency.cc
A look back at four inspiring days at the Festival der Zukunft. 🚀 Together with 1E9 @1e9_community, we helped bring one of Germany’s leading future tech festivals to life at the Deutsches Museum @deutschesmuseum 📸 @manuelnieberle by @safeagency.cc
Supporting the next generation of deep tech founders 🚀 Together with First Momentum, we delivered the Spinoff Summit 2026 at the ESO Supernova Planetarium, @eso_supernova bringing together researchers, founders, investors, and industry leaders to connect, learn, and inspire. Scientific Demonstrator for Proxima Fusion 2026 An interactive and animated scientific demonstrator for atomic fusion company Proxima Fusion, to showcase their technology, bring it closer to people - and demonstrate how their fusion reactor will function and look like. This scale model of the large reactor is showcasing the main components of this engineering marvel, while opening up the otherwise hidden magic: the plasma core. A pulsing light installation is visualizing the complex process of starting and steady-keeping of the reaction inside the hulls - creating plasma at 100 Million °C! First shown during Festival Der Zukunft 2026 at @deutschesmuseum Munich. Together with @safeagency.cc , @norandin from @naivstudios @proximafusion @1e9_community by @safeagency.cc
For the second time, we created an immersive audiovisual experience for Vsquared Ventures’ General Meeting, under the concept “New Horizons.” Hosted at the Planetarium at @deutschesmuseum, the event brought together 250+ guests for panels, insights, and exchange on the future of deep tech. For the second time SAFE made a bold statement for @eef_erneuerbareenergienfabrik at Wind Energy, this time in Husum at @husum_wind - the heart of Germany’s wind energy industry. In collaboration with our partners at @khor.design who are responsible for the brand design of EEF, we designed and executed a sustainable booth concept that captured EEF’s forward-thinking vision and brand identity. Every element — from architecture and materials to the sensory details — reflected EEF’s commitment to innovation and quality. Photos by: @cyriacalbertsen by @safeagency.cc
In addition to our ongoing collaboration with @1e9_community for Festival der Zukunft 2025, we focused on planning and creating the entire gastronomy concept — from the overall design to the detailed execution. The result: a vibrant food court that became one of the festival’s central meeting point. Thank you @sziaszia.markt and @goldener.reiter for your great support. This year at the Festival der Zukunft 2025 at the Deutsches Museum, SAFE took things to the next level. Right in the heart of the foyer, we introduced a new merch stand that also served as the festival’s main info point — a place where visitors could discover and purchase a variety of products from exhibitors and the organizers. SAFE was responsible for the entire concept, design, and production of both the stand and the merchandise, creating a central hub that perfectly captured the festival’s innovative spirit. For the fourth year in a row, SAFE is proud to support @1e9_community in shaping the Festival der Zukunft 2025 at the @deutschesmuseum in Munich. Together with 1E9, we continue to grow this unique platform at the crossroads of technology, science, and art — a place where future thinkers, innovators, and creatives come together to explore what’s next. We finally did it: our very own branded tension straps! Since we use them at every single production, they’re basically the MVP of our toolkit. Some lucky clients have even found one in their mailbox already. And hey - if you really want one, just swing by the office. We’ve got a few! And of course thank you @dailydialogue.cc for making things like these possible. by @safeagency.cc
The Demonstrator, developed by @safeagency.cc in collaboration with industrial designer @tobiaslugmeier for the Munich-based quantum computing start-up PLANQC, is an interactive model of the “Main Chamber” – the core of their groundbreaking computational process. Newer updated versions of the demonstrator are designed for frequent use and transportability - to be installed in Labs, Fairs or exhibitions all over the world. This required a sturdier construction made from high-precision milled aluminium, high quality materials, updates on accessibility, maintainability and usability. @safeagency.cc @tobiaslugmeier @norandin Photos by: @manuelnieberle by @safeagency.cc
