LETS MAKE A DEAL PT3!!! I was told to be dramatic and that’s what they got 😅 #breastcancerawareness #cancersurvivor #letsmakeadeal #winner by @safehavyne

THANK YOU @sharphealthcare FOR SAVING MY LIFE!! My experience with Sharp has been spectacular, I wish everyone going through cancer treatment had the same connection with their doctors as I have with mine. The staff and doctors met me where I was at, listened to my concerns and always treated me with respect. I’m blessed and grateful to have had my amazing treatment team and to share my story with you all. #breastcancer #cancersurvivor #breastcancerawareness #sharphealthcare #sandiego #advocate #awareness by @safehavyne

Sitting on a couch next to @iamjhud sharing my cancer story with my best friend @beeeesuarez on the @jenniferhudsonshow to start #breastcancerawarenessmonth ✨ this is not where I saw my journey when I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer last year. I am honored to have the platform to speak on advocacy, the power of positivity and how important support is. If you’re looking for ways to support me, please join my team for the breast cancer wall on 10/19 or donate to the American cancer society through the link in my bio 🎀 #breastcancersurvivor #stage4 #sandiego #fyp by @safehavyne

My double mastectomy was one of the hardest parts of my cancer journey. Not only was I healing physically, but I was also navigating the emotional weight of seeing my body change and feeling my confidence take a hit.

But in the middle of it all, I found comfort in the little things, the people who showed up for me, and the moments that reminded me I was still ME. 💜

Healing wasn’t just about recovering from surgery. It was about learning to love myself through the changes, giving myself grace, and finding my confidence again.

If you’re navigating life after a mastectomy, or you’re in the thick of it right now, I want you to know you’re not alone. You deserve support, love, and space to heal at your own pace. 🫶🏾

🎙️ Tune in to our recent live where @beeeesuarez and I get real about my double mastectomy experience, the emotional challenges I faced, and the things that helped me heal through it all.

When I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer I felt like I had no control over my body. I was forced to make life changing decisions in the midst of trying to navigate the emotions of this disease.

Focusing on things I could control gave me a chance to reclaim my power when I felt so powerless.
