How do we balance our sacral energy?

Let’s not lie some of the self care advice is redundant. Yes, most times it works. However, what happens when you’re not at that part of the journey yet? SELF CARE is about your personal journey and what works for you. Listen to what feels right and build your regimen how you see fit.

How do we build black excellence when we constantly criticize each other? How do we build legacy or generational wealth when our community, our internal family tears us down ?

We’ve experienced oppression and struggle that has dismantled our education, self worth, business, and wealth. The things that stood were our ambition, motivation, and dedication. We didn’t have the blueprint but we continued to make it work. For a lot of creatives and entrepreneurs it’s our first time, it’s all on us, and expectations are high. We have a lot to learn and we are not perfect so please have some compassion.

How to support a black business when you don’t like what they have to offer:

1. Tell them how you feel in a loving way ✅
2. Offer them a solution ✅
3. Offer to help them or suggest someone who can ✅
4. Help them with funding or proper resources ✅
5. Give them at least 3 chances before you move on ✅ by @sagemedown

You’re drained because you’re giving everyone parts of you that you can’t even give to yourself. How are you going to trust someone else with your love when you can’t even trust yourself?

What happened to creativity, community, and connection? Tech is phenomenal when used correctly but when it starts to strip away our humanness it becomes a problem.

Source of irritation:

1. Too many ads take away from seeing people you genuinely know and care about
2. The pandemic caused a lot of social anxiety that we are still trying to undo
3. We (the community) need to show up for each other better
4. We need to get creative again! by @sagemedown

No matter how close or how far love will always be intimate. by @sagemedown

If the answer is A congratulations you have been healing beautifully on your journey and you have come a long way. Remember to keep elevating and helping those around you get to that place. 💕

If the answer is B keep pushing because it’s not easy. However, you have ample opportunity to grow and flourish in love. You’re almost there and I believe in you. 💕 by @sagemedown

If God is love and God grants us clarity and divine consciousness then love is clear … confusion is the lack of clarity. Stand firm in your faith and firm in your love. This is the most freeing thing you can do. What is meant for you will always be there for you and you won’t have to question if it’s for you. The knowing is the freedom ♥️ by @sagemedown

As we are in the beginning of the spring equinox there is a big encouragement from spirit to bloom, align, reset, and remember who we are. The shifts that we go through are not sudden they are just intuned with nature. This is the balance that we need.

Love isn’t proven in moments… it’s revealed in time.
3, 6, 9.

3 months: you meet their mask.
6 months: you meet their patterns.
9 months: you meet the truth.
