Being alone in a salty pool of water, without any light or sound? Maybe not for me.

But allowing the whole world to fully stop, taking away all the distractions so I can just be… with you? Now that’s what I’m talking about.

Thank you so much for being the sunshine in my day. Thank you for being my safe person, even when I’m angry, or stressed out, or so emotional that I can’t even handle myself.

I know that I can be completely myself with you. And I’m forever grateful for that.

I think we both deserve to just be with each other. Without the distractions of the outside world, even if it’s just for a moment.

I love you.

U+ME=❤️

Don’t get too confused about float therapy!!! Let us help.

Most common myths we hear about float therapy?

🚫need to know how to swim
📗 actually all that salt is going to support you 💯

🚫I’m afraid of being alone with my thoughts
🎯 actually, you’re a pretty cool person and a moment alone might help you realize that 😘

🚫 I will get claustrophobic
🔐 actually, Saha has two 8 foot circular tanks (rms 1+2) that are 7 ft tall! Not to mention most folks feel that floats are more expansive and you’ll lose total sense of your body.

🚫 it’s not clean
🧪 actually, our tanks a equipped with a state of the art filtration system that plus UV filtration that is run between every single client, and we test the water EVERY SINGLE DAY. There’s a 100% chance our water is cleaner than a pool or hottub.

Literally - any questions? Send us a DM!

Epsom salt or magnesium sulfate is our ✨magic✨ ingredient in our float tanks. It will help with your sleep, your pain, and your stress levels. It is such a necessary mineral in your body to regulate itself. A lot of people are vitamin D deficient, it seems to be a very common theme and issue with our community’s mental health. However, magnesium deficiency is also prevalent right now too.. Magnesium will help your DNA production aka your rejuvenation cycle, your sleep and give you an overall sense of clarity & balance.

The hardest part of your first float? Learning to let go.

We carry so much without even realizing it. The tension in our bodies, the constant stream of thoughts, the little things we haven’t had a moment to process.

We get so used to doing something to feel better that we rarely give ourselves the chance to simply be.

Float therapy offers something a little different. No one is working on your muscles. Nothing new to buy or add to your routine. Just a quiet space where the distractions fade and you can turn your attention inward.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful part of self-care isn’t adding more to your life. It’s giving yourself the space to let go of what you’ve been carrying.

And that’s where the real learning begins.

Biohacking is out… and living a wholesome life full of wellness, happiness, and little things that actually bring you joy is in. Cheers to living a life of curiosity and interest - not of fear of aging.

I don’t know about you, but I think Sacramento is kind of a special place.

There are so many little things to do, places to explore, and ways to take care of yourself here. And I think it’s up to us to find the things that make us genuinely happy.

Because you’re part of what makes this place so beautiful, too.

Saha Float Spa offers an essence of humanity.

We are a space where you can experience your full consciousness, without distraction. A space where you can connect with other humans, who are like-minded and interested in the purity of conversation, without judgment - but with curiosity.

We accept that every single person is on their own journey, whether that be with grief, or their own healing journey, or just needing a space of quiet and alone time.
