Church media teams, BEFORE SUNDAY… do you have these 3 things?

Charged equipment

Volunteers contacted

Tapped in with the Holy Spirit

The first two help you prepare.
The last one helps you discern.

Don’t just show up ready to capture. Show up ready to serve.

Here is a sneak peek of my POV as an ambassador for blueprint weekend, 2026!!

From start to finish the weekend was amazing by @saints.create

Media team, Sunday is tomorrow 👀📸

Before you pull up, make sure you know what you’re capturing.

Don’t just record the service. Capture the people, the worship, the moments, and the atmosphere because Sunday’s footage should carry your content through the entire week.

Swipe for your Sunday media checklist. 🎥

Something I’ve been thinking about when it comes to media + ministry…

There’s so much happening during a church service.

The worship. The people. The response. The atmosphere. The little moments that happen throughout the service that you may not even notice in the moment.

And sometimes I look at the content we leave a service with and think…

Did we really capture what happened in that room?

Not in a “your media team isn’t doing enough” kind of way.

Because I know how much goes into serving on a media team.

I just think there’s another level to church media that we don’t talk about enough.

What if we weren’t only thinking about what needs to be posted…

but what needs to be remembered?

That’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

And I’m excited to have more conversations about it. 🤎 by @saints.create

Your church’s online presence should look as good as what’s happening in the building.

One of the biggest things I notice with church media is inconsistency. The image quality is different from post to post, the style keeps changing, some photos are blurry, and the content does not always feel like it represents the same church.

It does not have to be complicated. You just need the right systems, tools, and training.

That is where Saints Create comes in.

We are not just here to create content for your church. We are here to train your media team so they can confidently capture, create, and maintain a clean, crisp, and consistent online presence.

Your church deserves to be represented well online too.

If your church’s media needs some help, DM us “MEDIA” and let’s talk about what your team needs. You can also DM us to book a consultation. by @saints.create

There’s capturing a moment… and then there’s capturing what the moment felt like. 🎥

THE RELEASE CONFERENCE.

Pastor Lex speaking over Glory and what’s to come. A room full of expectation. A moment that deserved more than just footage.. it deserved to be felt again.

That’s the part of creating I love most.

Taking the atmosphere, the words, the worship, the emotion, the little moments people may have missed & turning them into something that gives you a glimpse of what it was like to actually be in the room.

Anybody can press record.

But knowing what to capture, what to feel, what to emphasize, and how to tell the story?

That type of artistry can’t be taught.

It’s vision. It’s instinct. It’s storytelling.

And this is only a glimpse of what took place at The Release Conference. 🔥

🎥 Visual storytelling by Saints Create Media Group by @saints.create

8 months ago, I quietly started bringing this vision to life.

Truth is, I went back and forth about hosting a back-to-school event this year. The need felt too big. The times felt too hard.

But my co-teacher looked at me and said, “Move forward. God will provide.”
So I said yes.

Not without pivoting first.
Not without sleepless nights.
Because unforeseen events kept coming. Because funding kept shrinking. Because families are struggling more than ever.

I knew I couldn’t just hand out book bags this year.
These are interesting times… and they’re getting crazier.
Parents are afraid of the unknown. The need is growing. The resources are getting smaller.

But I couldn’t let that stop me.

For 8 months I’ve been eating, sleeping, and breathing this event behind the scenes.
Why?
Because I care.

I care because my family has faced crisis — grief, eviction, and our biggest heartbreak: losing my brother 5 years ago.

That’s why “no shame at the door” isn’t just a slogan to me. It’s personal.

Back-to-school season is the most costly time for so many parents. And education isn’t optional.

So I was determined to pour out into this community and remind us all:
We’re going to get through this.
We’re not waiting on someone to come save us.
We, as neighbors, are the solution we seek.

Yesterday, we proved it. 🧡💙

Thank you for trusting me with your story. Thank you for letting us serve you.
