@nod_rod31 braved the weather! 🥶😳 ;

Finally, I got out for a session yesterday morning 🙌🏼 the temperature wasn't going to stop me 😅 nothing of major size but great morning nonetheless. Caught on 2/0 Kong Hooks which always work a treat on the ballan, using spider crab as bait 😊

Teignmouth sac member, Joe Walton got his year off to a good start with the belting Bull Huss. Amazing this is Joe's third over 15lb and to make it even more memorable, it was caught from the Dorset coast, not an area known for Huss of this size. Here is what Joe had to say -
Had this Huss weighing in at 15lb 8oz. Caught on a big fish bait mounted on 10/0 Sakuma 545 Manta Extra hooks, 200lb Sakuma Supacast mono trace and a big Sakuma 3 way swivel.

It has got to be one of the best times of the year to get a new PB. Ollie Passmore did just that with this superb 37lb 6oz North Devon Tope. Here is what he had to say -
Beat my PB Tope the other day and am over the moon. Lost one the trip before which i was gutted about so landing this one felt even better. Thanks to my mates who got a good soaking getting it in!!! Caught it on a 545 Sakuma Manta Extra 8/0 with an 8/0 Sakuma 455 Octopus hook as the Pennel, with fresh Flounder fillet as bait. Also, the 80lb Sakuma ST leader which is the best i have ever used.
