I made a powerhouse quinoa dish—built to align with my current workout goals and my second training program of the year.

Organic brown quinoa cooked in vegetable broth, finished with a drizzle of olive oil, and topped with radishes from @locd_and_twisted garden, broccoli sprouts, kidney beans, kimchi, and chopped red onions.

Layered with organic sweet potato, turmeric, fresh ginger, Himalayan sea salt, nutritional yeast, black pepper, and that signature “Butt Naked” seasoning.

Simple. Clean. Intentional.

Yeah, I know fried foods aren't optimal. But I cheat at times. So @locd_and_twisted fried up some okra from her garden to add on top of the salad......featuring her tomatoes!
