Cello yaps, because less words more sounds.

Best enjoyed with headphones.

These gorgeous horses serve many people at the @nationalabilitycenter , and it’s an honor to give them musical enrichment!

Layla was the mooost curious and intrigued from the get go 🤩 you’ll see her coming back to say hi multiple time in the second half.

I sure hope to see Layla, Ava and Rue again 🥰

Welcome to the internet’s newest expert on nervous systems… Slade.

In all seriousness though, sound baths are one of my favorite tools for helping ambitious women regulate their nervous system through rhythm and frequency. No belief system required.

Ambitious women usually don’t need more motivation.
They need nervous system support to maintain their ambition in a sustainable way.

Have you heard of sound baths, but never been to one? I’m curious… by @saltysoundscapes

The horses at the National Ability Center are doing amazing work every day, and it was an amazing experience to give these gorgeous animals some music enrichment.

Come back tomorrow to see how the horses responded to the cello 🎻🐴

Check out @nationalabilitycenter to see all the incredible work and services they provide in Park City, Utah

What if the goal of life isn't to get everything right, find the perfect purpose, or worry about how you're being perceived? What if it's simply to be 1,000% engaged in whatever you're experiencing.. by @saltysoundscapes

If you feel exhausted on Monday mornings as if it was already Thursday, and fall asleep to screens, there is a different way to put yourself to bed and actually feel full-body relaxed and get a full deep night’s sleep. Like, not even wake up to pee.

My client just experienced this for the first time last weekend, when for the first time ever she slept for 10.5 hours straight and her husband told her that she looked 10 years younger on Monday morning. And she didn’t have to go anywhere, all she had to do was put on headphones, lay down and listen. The sounds and frequencies did all of the heavy lifting and she got to drift into the deepest rest she’s ever experienced.

The Calm Reset is guided sound experience designed exactly for this - to take the guess work out of wondering “how the hell do I actually relax my brain won’t shut up?!”

I got you!

It’s only $19, and is yours for life, as in you can fall asleep to this every night instead of scrolling on your phone then wondering why you’re running on empty.

Comment CALM and I’ll send you a link! For real, it’s me sending you a link, I don’t have an automation 😘

p.s. all sounds in the Calm Reset are made with real instruments that I physically played with my own fingies, no ai here!

The outcome doesn’t even matter at this point, because I already feel like I won 🤘💖

Thank you or joining me on this month long journey of preparing for a rock n’ roll audition for a touring group of badass women that all play string instruments.

And the perfect way to wrap this project, is going on a weekend tour with my band @furfoxenmusic !

Boise ➡️ Tacoma ➡️ Seattle. It’s already been so fun!

What are you celebrating right now?! by @saltysoundscapes

One step closer, and the optimism has returned!

Have you ever noticed that sneaky self-sabotage creeping in?! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ by @saltysoundscapes

After a rough patch, there was some relief on the other side. You just keep going, that’s really the only option when you’ve made up your mind to do something. Show up, put in the time and energy to do your best and release control of the outcome.

I’m a few episodes behind on this series because I’ve been practicing music more than editing. Who would’ve thought doing the actual thing takes a priority 🥴

Can you relate to that feeling of relief when things are finally starting to click after a rough patch? by @saltysoundscapes

When you’re 80% of the way there, the only option is to keep going!

Would you have stopped if you got news like I did in part 6? Or pivoted and keep going?! by @saltysoundscapes

My oh my, how the audition journey has had twists and turns. This one really took the wind out of my sails for the afternoon, in additional to having gnarly cramps 🥴

When was a time you thought you were doing things right, but got feedback (hopefully in a kind way) that it wasn’t?? by @saltysoundscapes

Preparing for this audition has taken a lot of time and energy. Even when I’m not physically playing my cello, I’m mentally playing it, on repeat. My brain has officially fixated on this, as I knew and expected it would.

But the NS Design e-cello made it possible to practice outside, so I could also play with my dogs who, because they’re both heeler mixes, are obsessed with balls.

Do you ever fixate on projects, the way a heeler fixates on fetch??
