Suffered my toughest injury a year ago today playing in a normal flag football game (I was having a great game too 🥴). The physical aspect of tearing my Achilles was rough but the mental aspect challenged me beyond anything I could have ever imagined. If you know me, you know I’m super active and stay in the gym so not having that outlet was depressing. Saw a whole lot of dark days but I continued to push myself day after day to get better. A year later, I’m getting back to feeling like myself again 💪🏾

Shoutout to wifey for being my rock and literally doing EVERYTHING for me in those first couple months 😂 and thank you to everyone who checked in 🙏🏽 appreciate yall ❤️ taken in Los Angeles, California by @temilolasworkshop
