Surya Namaskar — 12 poses, 1 powerful flow.

Energize your body, calm your mind, and start your day with gratitude ☀️🧘‍♀️

My prenatal and postnatal course in Rishikesh changed the way I see motherhood forever.

I learned that pregnancy is not a limitation — it is a transformation that needs the right movement, breath, and emotional care. I learned how to help mothers feel safe in their changing bodies, how to ease discomfort, and how to build strength without strain.

Most importantly, I learned that a yoga teacher for mothers must teach with empathy, awareness, and a nurturing heart. 🤍

Every mother deserves to feel supported, seen, and strong — and I feel honored to be trained to offer that support.

When God is driving, He already knows the destination 🙏🚗
Yoga is not just movement… it’s alignment of body, breath, and destiny.
Calm mind. Strong body. Balanced soul.
Trust the process. Practice yoga. 🧘‍♀️✨

All you need to know about kapal bhati is here :-

Steps to Do Kapalbhati
1. Sit comfortably
Sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Vajrasana with your spine straight.
2. Place your hands on your knees
Keep shoulders relaxed and face soft.
3. Take a deep breath in
Inhale normally and gently.
4. Forcefully exhale
Exhale quickly and powerfully through the nose by pulling your navel inward.
(Focus on exhalation only.)
5. Let inhalation happen naturally
The breath will automatically flow in after each exhale—don’t force it.
6. Continue the rhythmic exhalations
Do around 30 strokes (1 round).
Beginners can start with 15–20 strokes.
7. Relax after each round
Take 1–2 deep breaths and observe your breath.
8. Complete 3 rounds
You can gradually increase as you build stamina.
