In times like this, I really enjoyed my job being a singer in the army 😁. Thank you @halliekmusic for capturing the moment!!

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5 :14-16)

This is one of my favorite songs from Michael Jackson not just because it sounds good. But also because it’s technically challenging vocal wise! This forces me to engage my head, voice and mix voice more often than I usually do so it’s almost like a stretch piece for me 😅. Should I sing more songs like this? #samfordmusic #humannature #michaeljackson #acapellacover by @samford.music

Not gonna lie, I haven’t been in the best mood to post due to my preparation and failure of a very important audition that would’ve changed my life if I would have succeeded in landing that job. However despite the setbacks, I have no choice, but to keep moving forward and seeing what God has for me. And even though I didn’t land the job I’m still proud of this arrangement of Light In The Hallway cover that I submitted for my audition and I figured this would be a nice post to share with y’all. Please interact with this post to see and hear more of me singing.

Another old song with a modern twist! Should I keep continuing with the oldies classics or should I sing something new next time? #samfordmusic #new #sfm #dontleavemechallenge#dontleavemegirl #acapella #RBMusic #90smusic #90snostalgia by @samford.music

Bringing back an old song with a new twist! We need more songs like we did in the late 90s and early 2000s. They had more life to them you know?
