One month as your wife ♡ I am so thankful for @appleheadashandrich capturing all of these moments. by @sammyj_30
You plan and plan for this day, and it passes so quickly. We will hold onto these photos and memories forever. @appleheadashandrich you captured the day perfectly. Thank you to our amazing wedding party for coming along for the fun at @compassdistillers and @stillwellbeergarden ♡ by @sammyj_30
Better late than never, right?! September was spent under the neon lights teaching classes at @thestudiobydwc , work travel, a CTV interview and of course the Grocery Gala. My mirror and hotel mirrors caught all the outfits. by @sammyj_30
Three years since- I Do. I love you @rob__boone by @sammyj_30
So how do I spend my time when I’m not working, teaching spin or Pilates?!? In 2022, I joined @groceryfoundationatlantic as a member of their Board, and for the second year I am the Chair. The Foundation has been around since 1999 and raises funds for the mental and nutritional wellbeing of kids and youth in our communities. We are big kids, helping actual kids and with our 27th annual event coming up- you can help out by following us on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (or by volunteering or making a donation). Have questions?! DM me! by @sammyj_30
August ☀️ by @sammyj_30
July in a few photos. Lots of lobster, lots of Pilates, road trips and a few rounds of golf. We never go too far in the summer and love enjoying our beautiful province! by @sammyj_30
Life lately. Good food, good friends, a bit of golf and the gym- repeat and that’s the last two month! by @sammyj_30
The last few weeks have flown by. Extended birthday month had a visit to Neptune, delicious restaurants downtown and a stay at the Muir 🥂. Completed my Pilates hours and passed my exam- celebrated with my exam ‘students’ and a burger week 🍔. A night at the Marquee to celebrate @janellevhenderson birthday! And finally flew ✈️ to Vancouver for work + a lot of walking and good food. April you were fantastic- great way to welcome the new season and better weather! ☀️ by @sammyj_30
Birthday month pt.1 featured Pilates three times, two rounds at the simulator ⛳️, shopping 🛍️, delicious meals 🍽️, presents, free Starbucks and kitty 🐈cuddles! Thanks for the calls, texts and fun! Extra big thanks to my hubby for making turning 39 so special! #lastofthe30s by @sammyj_30
Just caught wind that Regular Mom & Cool Mom rebooked another “ski” weekend at @montgabrielresort next week. But let’s be honest, team… We ALL know that it’s really a ✨me✨ weekend! AND, I know what you’re all thinking: “Rexall Pharma Plus MacKinnon-Barry, where did you get that super fly ‘fit, yo?” Well, if you must know, it’s @thebodesbrand - world’s SOFTEST bandana! And, as Regular Mom keeps saying, “the only damn thing (I’ve) ever actually kept on my FAT NECK without immediately trying to rip or wiggle it off!!”… Uh… k, RUDE. But did you ever consider that you’ve never provided me with East Coast’s finest!? Just sayin’.😌 Cool Mom, however, admitted to me that Regular Mom has an *actual* Cool Friend, @sammyj_30 who has an *actual* Cool Husband, @rob__boone who gifted me this fly ‘fit, *yo! BIG TIME THANK YOU!!! I owe you the world, Boone Fam! 😍 (like… literally ALL of you because #familybusiness !!) *‘yo’ repeated for good measure. #germanshepherd #dogsofinstagram #dogbandana #buylocal by @sammyj_30
