exactly like we drew it up by @sampty.power

who even knows where I pulled this out of

615kg at 80.20kg (47.5kg PR) | 1356lb at 176.8lb

225kg | 496lb squat (20kg PR)
117.5kg | 259lb bench (12.5kg PR)
272.5kg | 600lb deadlift (15kg PR)
280kg | 617lb near miss

first time getting on the platform in well over two years. 4 weeks ago I couldn’t squat 275 without considerable pain and I was looking for every reason to fade out of this sport. it took so much for me to show up to every lift knowing it would hurt and thinking I hadn’t progressed enough since my last meet. but that’s not really what matters; I care much more about what I went through than where I got.

of course, all the credit goes to @ericthestrong for keeping me in one mental and physical piece. s/o to @cam.sbd and @oasispowerlifting

I’ve been lifting for over 6 years but there’s much in flux so who knows what I’ll be doing for a little while by @sampty.power

something smells like a week out but I traded my olfactory for a functional t-spine

220kg | 485lb squat
115kg | 253lb bench
273.5kg | 603lb deadlift

the strategy is to gaslight yourself into linear progression
