A few pics from the ASL Birthday show a couple weeks ago. There’s nothing I love more than playing music with friends for friends so this was a fun, fun night. We even made some new friends! Looking forward to the next one.

This is it. This is that show. We’re running it back again because 21 years is a moment, and we want to celebrate with you, all of you. 💯

Let’s raise a glass, a beer, a Baja Blast, a mocktail, a peach Celsius (whatever your beverage of choice is) to it all: the sweaty house shows and packed-out pits, the stage dives, the broken strings, the songs on the radio for the very first time, the awkward venues, the sold-out singalongs, the video shoots in the freezing cold, and the festivals in the blistering heat.

Join us as we celebrate 21 years of friends who are more family than “fans”, the heroes, local legends, and lovable menaces we’ve shared the stage with, the timeless 757 music scene that has always been our home, and the privilege of pouring every ounce of ourselves into our proprietary blend of ever-evolving, unapologetic pop-rock and pop-punk.

Celebrating 21 years with more still to come. One night only.

Featuring the incomparable talents of:
Padfoot
Emerald Beach
Sam’s the Hero
…and 21st Birthday Show surprises.

Click the link in our bio, head to lavapresents.com or theannexnfk.com for tickets, or check out audiostrobelight.com for exclusive merch bundles! 🎟️

We always say we’re a pretty good band who are bad at BEING a band. Well guess what??

Joke’s on you, we’re even worse content creators. So go give our new single, In the Absence of Applause, a listen so we can go make more music and fewer reels.

“This is one of our favorite songs that we’ve written and also one of the most personal. The unfortunate truth is that in this life we will all go through difficult times. It is inescapable. We want this song to be a humble encouragement to others to hold on to hope. To cling to it. And to choose to believe that even through the darkest night, the sun will rise. And when it does, its light is—to quote braveSaintSaturn—beautiful.”
