This weekend at @campyogaontario was incredible! I am so grateful I had the opportunity to share my medicine with so many beautiful souls. Guiding people through transformation is truly my calling, and getting to show up for the community in this way was such an honour. Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined me for my Somatic Breathwork Journey, trusted the process, connected to their breath, and allowed themselves to go inward. So much gratitude for this experience, this community, and the work I get to do. Until next year ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’Ÿ by @samtrinity333

A new space to connect, breathe, release, and come home to yourself. Iโ€™m excited to share the space where Iโ€™ll be offering my in-person 1:1 Somatic Soul Breathwork sessions. These sessions are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, explore what youโ€™ve been holding onto, and create space for deeper awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Each experience is personal, guided by your individual needs and where you are in your journey. Iโ€™ll be opening my schedule for November, and if youโ€™ve been feeling called to explore this work with me in a more intimate, one-on-one setting, Iโ€™d love to connect. Send me a DM and we can explore whether this experience feels aligned for you. ๐Ÿ’Ÿ by @samtrinity333
Is this open loop of trauma reaping havoc on your life? It could be from an old wound that is still not resolved, keeping you stuck in the same pattern playing out, only with different people. by @samtrinity333
Thank you to everyone who opened their heart and shared their story with our community. Your experiences are powerful, and your courage is deeply felt. This is just a glimpse of whatโ€™s possible after a breathwork session. Each class is intentionally crafted to guide you back to your true, authentic self! To release the emotions that no longer serve you, and to come home to the truth thatโ€™s always been within you. by @samtrinity333
Western Culture breeds disassociation with the self when โ€œdealingโ€ with trauma. The whole get over it and move on mentality, like itโ€™s some sort of badge of honour. When we look at our society today we have a very poor community amongst one another, competition, war, self preservation and even more problems and concerns. These conflicts are on a soul level. Weโ€™ve lost our connection to the self and our awareness of the unity we truly are. Personally I think we need to return back to old ways of being. Return back to nature and community, dancing laughing being together and helping one another opposed to ignoring the body ignoring the soul ignoring the mental issues and pushing though because thatโ€™s what a strong person does. No, thatโ€™s weakness. Thatโ€™s isolation, and we were not meant to be so divided. by @samtrinity333
