Dear one, Let me tell you a story of how it all began!

Back in 2021, I discovered yoga during one of the lowest phases of my life, brought on by various health issues. This practice became a turning point for me.Through yoga, I found a path to recovery and a renewed sense of well-being.

To tell you the truth, I have never thought to be a yoga teacher myself. People found me in their own way asking for support, to which I was more than happy to help. Shortly, I began to notice the little joys of holding space for others and it filled me up immense amount of love within.

Dare I say, becoming a yoga teacher is only a manifestation of divine calling. I simply cannot wait to walk this path and do what gives me utmost fulfilment. My strong connection to yoga has now become my root. To be happy, healthy, willful and a spirited being. Also to find inner harmony in a world of chaos.

And this is my intention I set for SAMVEDA - to unite the mind, soul and body towards a peaceful living beyond worldly affairs.
