Something big is coming 👀👀👀

Introducing @fitfactoryperformance - Essex’s home of Fitness Racing 🔥

Based on the outskirts of Brentwood this is the perfect place to help everyday people train like athletes alongside our already thriving @fitfactorybrentwood community 😮‍💨🤩

It’s going to be a busy few months getting everything ready and prepared but if you are prepping for a @hyroxuk , @nuclear.fit , @deadly.dozen , @tryka.fit or any other fitness race, this is for you!

4,000 sq ft of adult PE 😂! Think open gym, huge group sessions, events and so much more with a huge outdoor area to go with it 😮‍💨

More info to follow and I will be bringing you along for the fit out and the journey to opening 🙏🏻

HYROX MALAGA x PRO DOUBLES 🇪🇸

Our first run out together… happy with our performance, bounced off each other very well.

What a way to start the weekend before our retreat on Wednesday 😎

Big thank you to @myprotein for supplying our tickets and race kit. Exciting news incoming.. by @samwestfitness

Hyrox is a lifestyle not just a fitness race 😂

If it’s in your blood, it’s in your shopping trolley too

Sub 60 for his 1st pro doubles ✅

Big shout out to my client @clarkadam5 who’s been smashing it with his solo races and we agreed that we would do his first pro doubles together……

He wanted a sub 60 & absolutely smashed that! This guy has improved so much since having proper structure to his training and chipped 5 mins off his pro solo time and now has a pro doubles time to continue to chip away too 👏🏼👏🏼

He doesn’t miss a beat! Ticks off every session around a busy corporate job and a family and proud of him tonight for hammering that race 🔥

Well in mate 👊🏻! ALLEZ ALLEZ 😂🇫🇷

Kitted out head to toe in the new @gymshark conditioning range 😮‍💨

I love seeing good people winning 👏🏼🔥

After spending 5 days with @marcdean_ at our recent @hybridfitnessretreat , seeing the work he puts in around a busy family life and how dedicated he is to being back in the Elites, it was great to see him smash the race yesterday and put in an unreal performance!

Love it mate, well deserved 👊🏻🔥

Supported by the real MD @mdjr_fitness 😂👊🏻!

1st race of the season - Pro Solo ✅

Relatively happy with that considering the last few months setting up @fitfactoryperformance from scratch has defo taken its toll, so to come away 30 seconds away from my Pro Solo PB I will take all day long 🤝

There are some absolute animals in this sport and I was lucky, or unlucky enough 😂 to be in the same wave as some of the boys chasing the elite and they are something else 😮‍💨🔥

Excited to get back to a proper training structure again in the new gym and push on properly for the rest of the season!

Next up, a flight to France in the morning to race pro doubles with a client of mine who is absolutely killing it atm 😂🤦🏻‍♂️!

Massive shout out as always to @myprotein for the race ticket & outfit, this new set is now live online and it’s 🔥

Last night was special 🤩🤩

From a crazy idea in my head of building my dream gym to months of hard work, long days and late nights to make it all come together but seeing all the current Fit Factory members training in here last night for our pre opening trial workout, makes it all worth it 🙏🏻🔥

There’s been plenty of ups and downs and plenty more to come I’m sure but this place is going to be something special! ❤️

We officially open on Monday, with a few final things to get done before the open including me trying to race Hyrox in Birmingham tomorrow morning then in France on Saturday night 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️! Let’s hope my knees hold up after being a tiler and painter & decorator for the last 2 months for 10-12 hours a day 😂!

If you haven’t already, be sure to follow @fitfactoryperformance and book your free class for next week as the booking system is now live 👊🏻

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped to bring this idea together, make it happen and stay in line with the planned opening date too 🙏🏻! Beyond grateful!

Lets fill this space up and transform some lives 🔥🔥🔥🔥

See you all Monday 🫡

It’s race week 🤩💪🏻

Good luck to everyone racing in Birmingham this week! Remember to enjoy it! That’s what we sign up for! Dig deep, give it everything you have and be proud of yourself no matter what the outcome is! 🙏🏻

Not every race will be a PB and not every race goes to plan, just give 100% of what you have on the day and see where that puts you!

Excited to race on Friday in Pro Solo with zero expectation and the plan is to just enjoy it, go hard and see how I feel after an absolutely carnage few months setting up the new gym! Hyrox has done me dirty chucking me in the 1st wave of the day with some absolute monsters tho 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Can’t wait to be on the sleds on my own waving everyone off 😂😂

LETS GOOOOOO 🔥

SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE NEW FRIENDSHIPS 🤝❤️‍🔥

Strangers on day one, teammates by the end of the week 👀

Sweaty sessions, questionable banter and plenty of laughs! It’s the people that make HYBFR what it is!

Different abilities, one incredible community pushing each other every step of the way 💪

Come for the fitness, stay for the people ❤️

The first of the signs are up and we are closing in on the opening 🤩

Opening Date: Monday 2nd November 2026 👊🏻🤝

For all current @fitfactorybrentwood members and anyone who has secured an early bird membership…..we will be doing an in house event next week before the official opening so keep your eyes open for the info on that 👌🏻👊🏻

I’m seeing far too many people taking the fun out of what is supposed to be an enjoyable event? 🤷‍♂️

Cancelling races because they haven’t hit a full 12 week block, had a busy schedule, sleep hasn’t been an optimal 9 hours for 6 weeks straight and the list goes on! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

REMINDER: Hyrox and fitness racing is meant to be enjoyable! Stop taking the fun away from it and causing yourself stress for no reason!

Don’t let a watch determine how you feel or if “you’re race ready” 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

By all means, have goals, train hard but remember the races themselves are an amazing experience and a massive buzz that you are meant to look forward to, not lose sleep and stress about!

If you don’t hit the time you wanted there are plenty more races to sign up for, over thinking and over complicating the prep for a race will usually lead to a worse performance anyway!

Some races will go well, some won’t…….thats just life but you will learn more about yourself on the days things didn’t go to plan and you still pushed hard and finished the race! Perfect preparation is pretty much non existent and even less so when you’re not doing this as a job and have life stresses every single day to manage around it all!

My pro solo PB actually came after a delayed flight, landing at 2am, hardly any sleep the night before the race & cycling round Bologna trying to find food 2 hours before the race itself 😂! If I wanted the perfect prep for every race, I wouldn’t have even got to the start line to get that PB! Sometimes you will just surprise yourself! Do the race, give it your all and have fun doing it 🥳
