💧 WATER WEDNESDAY | The tiniest molecule deserves a BIGGER conversation. We talk about nutrition, movement, sleep, supplements, and stress management. But what if something as simple as the water we drink deserves a closer look? 👀 Let’s talk MOLECULAR HYDROGEN (H₂). 💧 And no, we’re not talking about the hydrogen that’s already part of H₂O. We’re talking about molecular hydrogen, a tiny gas molecule that can be dissolved into drinking water. Here’s where it gets interesting. 👇🏼 🧬 CELLULAR HEALTH: Molecular hydrogen is small enough to diffuse through cell membranes. Researchers are exploring how it interacts with cellular signaling and protective processes. ✨ OXIDATIVE STRESS: Our bodies naturally produce free radicals, but excessive oxidative stress can contribute to cellular damage. Research suggests H₂ may influence how our bodies respond to it. 🔥 INFLAMMATION: Scientists are investigating hydrogen’s potential to influence inflammatory signaling pathways, which play an important role in overall health. 💪🏼 EXERCISE & RECOVERY: Early human studies are exploring whether hydrogen-rich water may help with certain markers of exercise fatigue and recovery. Do I think H₂ deserves more attention and education? YES 🙌🏼 And THAT is why I’m so excited to collaborate with Sanctuary + Health. ❤️ Sanctuary is a space built around caring for the whole you: 🧘🏼‍♀️ Movement and stretching to support your body 🌬️ Breathwork to reset your nervous system 🔔 Sound healing and meditation to quiet the mind 🤍 Community events that bring people together Hydration is part of every one of those practices. You move, you breathe, you rest, you restore, and water is right there through all of it. So it only makes sense that the water at Sanctuary is as intentional as everything else they offer. Through Water With Purpose, I’m bringing molecular hydrogen education into a space already dedicated to intentional wellness. Fill your bottle before class, sip after your session, and ask questions anytime. 📍Sanctuary + Health 64 W Main Street Patchogue by @sanctuaryplushealth

An Invitation to Reconnect with Ancestral Wisdom This Sunday, October 25th, join Janesa and me at Sanctuary + Health, from 3–5 PM, for a sacred Tobacco smoke cleansing ceremony, meditation, and drum journey, honoring the ancestral teachings passed down to us by the Sápara elders of Ecuador. ✨ And this is just a glimpse of what awaits you in our Sacred Valley Retreat in Peru, March 9–18, 2027! Experience a profound journey of remembrance through sacred Tobacco cleansing, purification rituals in the sacred waters of the Andes, and an ancestral Pachamama offering led by María Apaza, a revered Andean spiritual elder and wisdom keeper, whose lifetime of devotion to Pachamama carries generations of ancestral knowledge. There is no greater gift we can offer ourselves than the opportunity to sit with the elders of the land, receive their wisdom, and remember our sacred connection to all creation. 🤎 Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to who you truly are. 🌿 Sunday Ceremony: October 25 | 3–5 PM 📍 Sanctuary + Health, Patchogue, NY 🏔️ Sacred Valley Retreat: March 9–14 or March 9–18, 2027 ✨ worldspiritour.com #AncestralWisdom #SacredValleyRetreat #SacredTobacco #AndeanWisdom #SpiritualRemembrance by @sanctuaryplushealth
