cause & effect is just that

In crafting or making art or drawing, a lot of the times the inspiration isn't yours.

There is this overwhelming sense that I must complete said task.

Right now it's posting this picture.

Enjoy your night. by @sandmancreation

where I thrive you couldn't hold up by @sandmancreation

life is fluid as must be the human experience
water moves & never repeats its same touch point
art is expression as must reflect the inner parts

lately ive grown so much but there is so much more growing to do!! It's exciting & scary & beautiful & it's what life is about.

perfection is a myth by @sandmancreation

there is a place...
deeeeeeeep off in s p a c e
where your thoughts become things
those t h o u g h t s creep from
each and every crevice

what have you failed at
what makes you the problem
why am i unlovable

b r o k e n represents my name...
although it carries a different meaning

there is a story inside each & every one of us
... some of us believe lies masquerading as truth
deep down, somewhere buried layers, you have this feeling

this is the feelings, wants, desires, abominations of self
we do it to fit in or be accepted

authenticity means entire spectrum not what is accepted
i might just fuck around & cry then go roo raaa too

lately, I returned to this little light of mine & I swear to god
Im gonna let it S H I N E by @sandmancreation

i can actually say im happy to be here

suicide is such a fucked up thing
the ideation plagued me
constantly. all day
it's weird now

it's weird because as corny as it sounds just simply being indifferent is a win.

ideation is a bitch. the second I would wake up I'd have visual representation of what I thought about all day & at night I just was so grateful to be asleep and not awake.

I just want you, anyone who is reading this to know that your life does have meaning. You are loved and I hope you like my crazy rant / photo.

I think it's cool! by @sandmancreation

waking up everyday absolutely plagued with fantasies of ridding myself from this planet has been such a mind fuck

my body still holds the memories of the past 8 months yet i am excited to live

I want to live
I want to love

it’s so emotional seeing your best friend rack his brain on how to get “rod stoked on life again”

I’m so sorry for being gone
for isolating to the point of near death

I’m still struggling sometimes but it is near night & day difference

I still go to meetings
I still cry
I still wish
I still hope

my faith is being restored

Some days I have tons of it
Some days I struggle to have any

Overall I’m coming around again.

my nervous system has been locked in 4F response longer than I can remember

I’ve been running, hiding, self medicating for over 15 years.

Little Rodney, you can come out for a hug buddy

I love you so much 💚 by @sandmancreation

something about the pure beauty of a father play chasing his kids down a dock during sunset that just seems to hit all the right notes ☺️

who can we leave better than we found them

it's an interesting question

Today I got a call my buddy is in town.
I'm pretty stoked

I made money
I made mistakes

I just wanna make memories with the people I love
I want to live in my body as I do it
I want to take up space and be stoked on life

Keep crushing your goals and keep loving on your people
