POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s time to show my face again and say hello to you my loyal friends and to all my new followers.
Welcome to my whimsical world.
.
As you can see from my feed I love to draw and paint little creatures with florals creating imaginary stories with them in my head.
.
I have taken a break from illustrating picture books to focus on creating cute graphics for amazingly talented crafters and also jumped into the world of seamless patterns.
It’s given me a lift and my head is buzzing with ideas.
.
And now here are some fun facts:
🌸 I am a cat lady and we have a dog, who seems to be on the anxious side and often wants me to pat him. So it feels like having a cat at times.
🌸 I am a mountain girl at heart from Germany, who ended up on the other side of the world in Australia near the beach. I love it here-it’s home.
🌸 I have two sisters and always assumed I would have daughters, but God blessed me with two awesome sons.
🌸 I married my best friend who is an Australian with a German surname Herrgott.
(My maiden name was Wohlleben, which means good life.)
.
Now tell me one fun fact about yourself.
.
Sending my love,
Sandra

Love is in the air.
.
We have been at a special wedding today.
My hubby (a pastor) married the couple. It’s been the first time in his life he married the children of his friends in whose wedding party he was involved.
.
Praying they will have a blessed marriage together.🙏

Ephesians 4:2: Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

I hope the new month has started well for you! Here are our November prompts for our #floralsandpraiseforhisglory challenge.
.
This month I plan to join in for all the prompts and be more active, as my workload has dropped a bit.
.
We hope you are able to join us again this month to draw and write God’s word.
.
Swipe for details.
.
Leave an emoji if you plan to join us this month and tell me which flower or verse prompt you love best.
.
We pray you will be blessed as you read, write, mediate on His word and create something special this month or the months to come. You can post and tag us any time :)
.
Here are some more thoughts:
.
1. Sketch, draw, paint, doodle, etc. the flower for the week and letter the verse in your language of choice. If you can’t do both just do one. Don’t worry about posting late. We look forward to see what everyone creates for God’s glory.
.
2. Tag me @sandraherrgottillustrations, Carri @carri_scribbles and Angela @Angelkt77 and use the hashtag #floralsandpraiseforhisglory for your posts so we can see, comment, and include you in our stories!
.
3. Please comment below if you are thinking of participating, so we can pray for you and the creative gift God has given you.
.
Enjoy creating for His Glory and the blessings he has in store for you this month!

Hello, after a forced little break. Sharing my goose friend’s pattern with you. On what other products can you envision those cuties?
.
I hope you are all well! I am sharing some updates with you soon. In the meantime I am letting you know I changed my IG handle from @sandraherrgottillustrations to @sandraherrgottdesigns. I am going through a little rebranding and since I do lots of pattern design work now besides my illustrations this seems more fitting. (Now I have to change all those links everywhere too🙈).
.
Have a blessed day!
