🥹For my 100th post:

The most updated version of me, movement and discipline and my biggest assets✌🏻

A year ago my life changed completely, so i had to adapt and make room for the things that matters most to me. Its still hard, but worth it overall 🤍

1)Teaching fulfills in ways I didn’t know was possible
2)Training hard for myself is my way of self respect
3)A wellness lifestyle is how im staying healthy and strong all year long

And Structure comes so naturally if im committed to the 3🥰🙃

Morning thoughts after teaching a beautiful class, seeing my regulars come back and new ladies joining my class🌞

reason why I love teaching:

- i get to guide you
- i get to challenge you
- i get to connect you to your body
- i get to meet beautiful souls
- i get to move with a strong community
- i get to make you feel good about yourself

Im forever grateful and proud of myself for doing something i love a part of my job🤍🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ by @sandy__moves

Where i find my peace and happiness🌞🌊

Whenever life feels a little overwhelming, the ocean is where I go to feel grounded again.

The immensity of the water, its energy, its stillness ,it’s where I go to recharge and find my way back to myself.

With the end of the year approaching, remember that you don’t have to push through everything. Sometimes you just need a little sunshine, a change of scenery, or a retreat that brings you back to you.

Last year, sri lanka gave me exactly that reminder. 🤍

Maybe it’s time to book yourself that little escape.😋

a little tea ritual for every phase of your cycle 🌿🍵

lately, i’ve been learning to be a little more intentional with the herbs i drink throughout my cycle, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.

☕️ Menstrual phase: Ginger or chamomile - fennel for a comforting ritual

🌱 Follicular phase: Lemon balm, verveine and peppermint for gentle digestive support

🌸 Ovulation phase: Peppermint or rose and hibiscus for a refreshing, cooling cup

🍵 Luteal phase:lavender, dandelion and cinnamon moments when you need to slow down and care for your digestion and cravings

nothing complicated, nothing extreme. just learning to listen to my body, one cup of tea at a time 🤍

Trying to feel good from the inside out🤍

Dubai girlies, a little reminder that you don’t always need to do MORE to feel better.

Sometimes, your body doesn’t need another workout, another restriction, or another wellness trend. It needs the basics.

✨ Less overtraining, more listening to your body.
🥑 More home-cooked meals, less eating on the go.
🍵 Your daily tea ritual.
💆🏻‍♀️ Massages and moments to slow down.
🚶🏻‍♀️ Daily steps, fresh air, and gentle movement.

We’re so used to pushing harder, doing more, and trying to optimize every part of our lives that we forget how powerful simplicity can be.

And sometimes, eating clean simply means going back to eating real, nourishing food at home.

Less hustle. More balance. Less pressure. More listening.

Im also taking this in for me🫶🏼

For a long time, I was holding so much unspoken pressure and physical tension in my body. Living in a high-energy city like Dubai, it’s so easy to get caught up in doing more until your body forces you to slow down.

Lately, everything shifted when I chose to let go of the things outside my control and focus entirely on lowering my stress. The moment I reduced that internal overwhelm, the inflammation eased, my confidence returned, and I felt at home in my body again.

The biggest lesson? Building a routine that fits me—not following someone else’s blueprint. What makes complete sense for my body might look totally different for yours:

Tapping into natural wisdom like cycle syncing with TCM and Ayurveda-inspired herbal teas.

Nourishing and eating clean throughout the week, while embracing balance and social freedom on the weekends.

Honoring my energy levels instead of forcing rigid expectations.

We tend to carry so much weight on our own shoulders thinking we’re trapped in a certain cycle. But the truth is, you’re never stuck. You just adjust, tune back into yourself, and keep moving forward. 🤍 by @sandy__moves

Focusing on doing more of what i love, whether professionally or personally 🤍

Cheers to more things that lights you up!🤸🏻‍♀️
