Hi, I’m Sabrina, and I’m so excited to introduce Santoro Living.

Through my work in marketing, I have spent years working closely with contractors and businesses in the home remodeling space.

I kept noticing that more people would update their homes if the process felt clearer, easier, and less overwhelming.

Homeowners should have someone helping them turn their ideas into a real plan, coordinate the right people, and make sure every choice works together.

I also believe almost any home has more potential than we first see. It does not always require tearing everything apart or spending an arm and a leg. Sometimes thoughtful changes to the lighting, paint, finishes, layout, or details can completely transform how a home feels.

I have always loved seeing what a space could become, and I believe our environment affects how we feel and live every day.

That is why I created Santoro Living.

Whether you have a clear vision or simply know your home could feel better, we are here to help bring that vision to life.

My messages are always open for home design and renovation questions. ✨ by @santoroliving

Who says the most beautiful part of your kitchen has to be the island? 🍷

We're loving the idea of turning an underused wall into a custom entertaining station.

Think built-in wine storage, a dedicated coffee bar, hidden drawers, gorgeous marble, warm lighting, and shelving that makes your favorite pieces part of the design.

And can we talk about the deep green cabinetry, burgundy velvet, and brass details? 😍

It's functional, full of personality, and makes an ordinary kitchen feel completely custom.

The best home upgrades don't just make a space prettier. They make it more enjoyable to live in.

Would you add something like this to your home?

This is one of those kitchen upgrades that is not flashy, but makes everyday life so much better.

Instead of having trash cans out in the open or cleaning supplies scattered under the sink, this pull-out station keeps trash, recycling, paper towels, cleaning cloths, and everyday supplies all in one hidden spot.

Everything stays easy to reach, but when the drawer closes, the kitchen looks clean and completely uncluttered.

It is such a smart way to make a builder-grade kitchen feel more custom and thoughtfully planned.

Lighting is one of the easiest ways to make a builder-grade home feel instantly more custom.

A sculptural fixture like this does more than light the room. It becomes part of the design.

Pair it with warm recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and soft perimeter lighting, and suddenly the whole space feels layered, intentional, and much more expensive.

This is one of those upgrades that can completely change the mood of a room without changing the entire layout.

One of the smartest upgrades in a home is giving the everyday “not pretty” stuff a real place to live.

This pull-out cleaning cabinet keeps the vacuum, broom, spray bottles, paper towels, and other essentials tucked away but still easy to grab when you need them.

It is such a clever way to make a laundry room, mudroom, or utility space feel more custom, organized, and thoughtfully finished instead of cluttered and builder-grade.

Sometimes the best upgrades are the ones that make everyday life work better. ✨

A laundry room can be more than a place to hide the washer and dryer.

This kind of built-in drying cabinet is such a smart upgrade because it gives delicate pieces, hand-washed items, and air-dry clothing a dedicated place to go without taking over door frames, shower rods, or random hangers around the house.

It keeps the space cleaner, makes laundry feel more organized, and adds one of those custom details that makes a home feel much more thoughtfully designed.

It is a simple idea, but it solves a very everyday problem in a much prettier way.

A mudroom can do a lot more than hold shoes and backpacks.

This kind of built-in setup makes everyday life easier by combining storage, seating, hooks, drawers, and one really clever detail: a hidden pet station. 🐾

With pull-out food bowls, built-in treat storage, and a place for leashes, towels, and pet essentials, it keeps everything organized while making the space feel custom and thoughtfully designed.

It is a small idea, but it can make a builder-grade home feel so much more functional for real life.

A dining room can do a lot more than hold a table and chairs. ✨

A built-in banquette gives you comfortable seating while creating hidden storage underneath for linens, serving pieces, holiday dishes, or anything else you do not want taking up kitchen cabinets.

Pair it with a recessed beverage station or wine wall, and suddenly one dining area feels completely custom, more functional, and much more intentional.

It is the kind of upgrade that makes a builder-grade space feel designed for the way you actually live.

Lighting can completely change the way a room feels.

Recessed lights, shelf lighting, sconces, lamps, and soft ceiling lighting all work together to create depth and warmth instead of relying on one bright overhead light.

It is one of those updates that can make an already beautiful room feel so much more inviting.

A kitchen island can do a lot more than give you extra counter space.

It can become the place where people gather, eat, prep, talk, work, and somehow always end up standing during a party. 😂

A statement island also gives you a chance to bring in a different material, color, or finish without changing the entire kitchen.

A good entryway should make leaving the house easier and coming home feel calmer.

Built-in storage like this gives coats, bags, shoes, keys, and everyday clutter a place to land instead of spreading through the rest of the house.

It is practical, but it also makes the space feel much more finished and intentional.

A dedicated coffee or beverage station is one of those upgrades that can make a home feel instantly more intentional. ☕️

Instead of spreading everything across the kitchen, you can give the coffee maker, glassware, drinks, and even a beverage fridge their own space.

It keeps the kitchen more organized while creating a little everyday luxury you actually use.
