New choreography work for @bbcstrictly ! It brings me immense pride and joy to create work that emphasizes the importance of representation in art. Thank you to the Strictly team for your ongoing trust and support 💫 Big congratulations to @drpunamkrishan and @gorka_marquez for your outstanding performance! STATESIDE @zaralarsson @pinkpantheress The creative process has to feel like pleasure for me. With so much going on, we have a duty to create from a place of positivity — while still pushing for more. This experience was exactly that. Dancing with a good friend, at our own pace, in safety and joy — that’s a win 💫 🎶 Stateside @zaralarsson @pinkpantheress 🧠 Choreo @prabzov 💃@alexcmoor.e @prabzov 📸 @liam__studio by @sapnayentertainments
⚡️ AANKH ⚡️ This year is about embodiment. Not perfection. Not “getting it right” — in art, there is no right or wrong. It just is. Creating work that inspires others is a gift — this piece comes from that place 🧡 DM me if you want to learn this routine. by @sapnayentertainments

DIL CHEEZ KYA HAI 🌹 @asha.bhosle New choreography — from me to you. Lately I’ve found myself drawn to the simplicity of the work. Asking myself — how much can be said by “doing” less? The answer lies in essence. In ownership. In trusting the world I create. This choreo will eventually be taught — so keep your eyes peeled 🤎 📸 @skvisuals_ldn @sapnayentertainments by @sapnayentertainments
From rehearsals to stage! 💎 From camera angles, props, storylines to costume - no stone is left unturned as a choreographer! Enjoy some behind the scenes clean marks to see the magic in the making 🪩 We couldn’t be prouder of the fabulous @leesopal & @julian_caillon who embodied & executed the vision so beautifully — and each with their own flare! Truly a class act 🤍 by @sapnayentertainments
What a performance! My fourth year on @bbcstrictly as a choreographer, and it never gets old. Crafting a piece that celebrates such rich brown artistry has been an absolute privilege — especially as a proud Punjabi! Bringing elements of Bhangra to the mainstream was a total honour. Thank you @leesopal & @julian_caillon for giving your all to this piece - a pleasure working with such a powerful & genuine duo! A special thank you to my assistant choreographer @renakomcdonald for all your hard work and dedication — total dream team energy! Shoutout to @joshkapurr for smashing it on the dhol — and to the entire @bbcstrictly team for all their efforts! 💎🙌🏽✨ by @sapnayentertainments
