Meet your injector- me! ☺️

My name is Sara Maestas. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and medical injector with a degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The above slides tell a little bit more about me, my expertise, and what I do- which is not just injections. 😉

Some of my favorite things about working as an injector are helping people love what they see in the mirror, and seeing how increased confidence and energy from our results creates positive changes in the every day lives of my patients.

I would love to create amazing results with you on your beauty and healthcare journey.

Call (801)942-1111 to book an appointment or consultation with me for filler, Dysport/Botox, Sculptra, Morpheus8, peptide and hormone therapy, and medical weight loss/semaglutide/tirzepatide therapy.

Botox wearing off too soon? It might be your dose. ⏳

The number of units used plays a big role in how long your results last. Too few, and your muscle bounces back faster. The right dose for your muscle strength is what gets you to the manufacturer and clinical standard of 3 to 4 months.

And your ideal dose can change over time. As we age, we lose collagen, bone, and volume, which changes how your face moves and sits. Activity and metabolism can also affect your duration. That’s why I reassess at every visit instead of repeating the same number every time.

Rock, paper, scissors… aesthetics edition 🪨📄✂️✨

Save it for a special occasion or do it for yourself? Follow a trend or choose what fits your features? Book the cheapest option or invest in quality care?

There’s no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. The best choice starts with your goals, a thoughtful consultation, and an injector who prioritizes safety, skill, and results that still feel like you.

To everyone with PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) who’s tried every cleanser on the shelf and still breaks out along the jawline: It was never about your cleanser. To everyone PMOS who has had difficulty maintaining their weight, and even more difficulty losing weight: There’s a metabolic component affecting you, at the cellular level.

Hormones drive those breakouts, the extra oil, the dark spots left behind. No 12-step routine can out-scrub an androgen imbalance, not a hygiene issue. Hormones drive that weight gain, that difficulty losing weight.

What helps is a plan that works WITH your hormones: The right in-office treatments, the right home routine, and a provider who understands what PMOS treatment actually needs.

You’ll find that here at The Med Spa by Vincent.

If you have PMOS skin and weight concerns, schedule with me at the link in my bio or call 386-853-1011.

A little Botox, a cute outfit, and something sweet for the road. Life is best enjoyed. 💋 by @sara.the.injector

Feeling good is one thing. Feeling noticeably different is another- and EBOO genuinely surprised me. ⚡️

EBOO, Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation, circulates the blood outside the body, where it is filtered and exposed to a controlled oxygen-ozone mixture before being returned through an IV. This controlled exposure is designed to stimulate the body’s antioxidant defenses and support healthy circulation and inflammatory signaling.

People seek out EBOO to help with energy, mental clarity, recovery, inflammation and overall wellness.
Personally, since receiving the treatment 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have felt more refreshed when I wake in the morning, more energized throughout the day and during workouts, less brain fog and fewer everyday aches throughout my body.

I’m looking forward to doing this treatment again in the future.

EBOO is coming to our office very soon, and I’m so excited for you to experience it. Stay tuned for official launch and booking details. by @sara.the.injector
