You’ve built a life around everyone else’s needs. What about the life your soul is asking you to live?

When was the last time you did something just for your soul?
Just for YOU.

Sometimes the most transformative thing you can do is step away from everything you do for everyone else and reconnect with yourself.

That’s why we created Soulrocker Retreats.

A week to laugh harder, dance freely, connect deeply, and rediscover what makes you feel alive.

Because your next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Join Michael and me in Bali, February 27 – March 6, 2027.

Your soul deserves a little attention, too. by @saraagahfranti

You don’t need to blow up your life to change it.

That’s exactly why Michael and I created Soulrocker Retreats. And we’d love for you to join us February 27 – March 6, 2027, at @soulshinebali. 🌴☀️

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that growth means starting over. Quitting the job. Changing everything. Becoming someone new.

But what if your next chapter isn’t about leaving your old life behind?

What if it’s about bringing everything you’ve lived, learned, lost, and become into what comes next?

We don’t need reinvention. We need integration and evolution.

Soulrocker is about creating space to step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters, and get curious about what’s next.

Because you don’t have to be unhappy with your life to want more from it.

Come exactly as you are.

Today is one of my favorite days of the year at Soulshine. It’s budget day.

And not because I love spreadsheets.

It’s because I get to see the creativity, ambition, and enthusiasm of our leadership team as they share their vision for the year ahead.

Yes, the numbers have to make sense. But a budget shouldn’t just reflect what we know we can do. It should challenge us to imagine what we’re capable of.

Because I believe a good budget should make you sit just a little closer to the edge of your seat.

If you’re completely comfortable with what’s ahead, maybe you’re not challenging yourself enough. by @saraagahfranti

Hi! I’m @saraagahfranti founder of @truth.onthetable and this is my why.

Some of my biggest moments of inspiration has been sitting around a table full of strangers and learning more about them. These moments have gotten me excited about life.

There is nothing more exhilarating and humbling to understand that others peoples success has also come with hardship.

In a world that rewards the highlight reel. I am seeking to reward the opposite.

Nov 7 we kick off our first one yet.

The real luxury isn’t the room, the pool, or even the view. It’s the PEOPLE @soulshinebali ❤️

Walked into our Soulrocker Retreat planning meeting to find every department head ready to make sure our guests have the most incredible week.

This is the magic of hosting a retreat at Soulshine. Behind every unforgettable experience is a whole lot of planning, heart, and a team that genuinely cares.

You bring the people. We bring the magic. ❤️❤️

And this team? They’re the best in the business.

Living joyfully isn’t about happy all the time. It’s about being able to ride all the emotions of life with ease.

We teach you the skills of honoring all the parts of your life in a retreat. The good, the hard, the happy and the sad.

Don’t miss our next retreat Feb 27-Mar 6 2027 by @saraagahfranti

More movement, more exploring, more music, and a whole lot more fun.

Day 2 took us from Morning Yoga to a Water Temple Tour, before bringing everyone together for fun live music, good conversations, and plenty of laughs.

Hosted by @saraagahfranti & @michaelfranti , every experience brought us a little closer, and the Soulrocker spirit was already in full swing. ❤️

Ready for your own week of fun and connection? Comment “SOULROCKER” and let’s get you there. 🤘 by @saraagahfranti

Lua’s rescue swim lessons have been a lesson for us, too.
We’ve been reminding her, “You can be scared and you can be brave,” and “You can do hard things.”

I witnessed as a mom that growth isn’t about editing out the scary parts of our stories. It’s about making room for all of them: the hard, the joyful, the surprising, and the parts that helped us become who we are.

Thank you, @childrenofthewater_bali for guiding Lua with so much care. @michaelfranti and I are proud of her and grateful for everyone who helped her feel safe enough to try. by @saraagahfranti

We’ve become so good at celebrating resilience that sometimes we forget people shouldn’t have to be resilient all the time. #worldmentalhealthday by @saraagahfranti

There are besties, soulmates, ride-or-dies… but what about TOUR FRIENDS? 🎶🥹

The friends you meet because you both love the same artist. The ones you may only see once or twice a year, but when you do, it’s like no time has passed.

The ones you can sing every word with, dance until your feet hurt with, and make the kind of memories you’ll be talking about until the next tour rolls around.

Here’s to TOUR friends! The ones you didn’t know you needed until the music brought you together. 🫶

Tag your tour friend! 👇🎶 by @saraagahfranti
