“Bostonhenge” 2026! Finally got the chance and avoided being hit in rush hour traffic!

Two weeks ago I had the opportunity, alongside some very talented photographers, to photograph the 2026 Boston Book Festival. And although I turned over all my images to the event organizers, I kept these two for me.

They resonated deeply. The Boston Public Library and Copley Square was pure chaos. People everywhere. Endless noise. Senses overstimulated.

Photography allows me to step back from that kind of environment. I can fade in the background or blend in with a crowd and for the most part remain unseen. And I crave that kind of solitude in a high energy environment.

So naturally I found some members of my introverted tribe. They found their place of solitude in the middle of the chaos.

One of my favorite things to photograph is people photographing other people.

This senior session was absolute 🔥!! Grace chose a cemetery for the location and that’s a girl after my own heart. I’ve never had more fun. Be ready for more photo bombs coming up. I can’t get enough of this stunning girl!

Thank you to @juniperrag for selecting my photo to be a part of this amazing exhibition Velvet- Art that whispers.

VELVET is an exploration of darkness, ethereal moments and the beauty that exists just beyond the visible.
The theme resonates so much for me. Also a huge thank you to my favorite model @kaia_mccabe for your patience and willingness to take risks.
Congratulations to all the incredible artists being featured. The exhibition is open at the Crompton Collective in Worcester until November 1st.
