YOUR STYLE. YOUR SIGNATURE. EVERYWHERE.

A handbag can be an expression of your personal style. Your home, yacht or private aircraft reflect the same aesthetic.

Whether it’s a favorite color, a distinctive pattern, a particular texture or an overall design sensibility, we believe there should be a beautiful thread connecting the environments in which you live and travel.

As interior architects designing for air, land & sea, we understand how to bring that vision together through carefully selected leathers, textiles, finishes, furnishings and artisan craftsmanship.

We established Dixie & Grace to give discerning clients access to exceptional furnishings and materials traditionally available only through the professional design trade.

From inspiration and material selection to sourcing, procurement and design assistance, we help bring your aesthetic to life.

Dixie & Grace | From Inspiration to Execution.

Where design begins: in the hands of artisans. 🎨

Every great interior starts with a single beautiful fabric. At Raoul Textiles, every yard is still hand-screen printed by artisans pulling squeegees across long tables, on the finest Belgian linen, in bold, unexpected color drawn from nature, historical motifs, and tropical and African influences.

In a world racing toward digital, this old-world craft is what inspires me and makes my work as an interior designer possible. Talent like this is the foundation of a room that feels like a work of art.

Naturally beautiful. Handcrafted in California.

Our solid oak and woven sea grass collection captures the spirit of the early 20th-century Côte d’Azur, with custom sizing, beautiful finishes, and generous storage. A timeless favorite among leading interior designers, made to feel uniquely yours.

Fast furniture costs us more than we realize.

Like fast food, it is made for immediate consumption—not enduring quality.

True design is not about having more. It is about choosing well. Thoughtfully selected materials, skilled craftsmanship, and timeless forms create interiors to cherish for generations.

Buy less. Choose well. Live beautifully.

From Pullman train cars🚂 to yachts 🛥️

Behind the most unique furniture @fritzfurniture (a favorite of the A-List designers) is a natural veneer company one that supplied some of the earliest American yacht builders.

Marine-grade technology, natural veneers, and a return to materials that help preserve our forests. 🌳

This is how the finest furniture makers and yacht builders build.

For a home, a yacht, or a jet — the surface tells the story…smooth, planed, blasted or carved.

Manetti Gold vs. Imitation Gold ✨

When you look at a gilded frame, it may appear beautiful at first glance — however, not all gold is created equal.

This is genuine 24 karat gold leaf from @giustomanettibattiloro. It's real gold, beaten impossibly thin, and its value is tied directly to the global gold market. Because it's real gold, it never tarnishes, never oxidizes, and never loses its luster. Decades — even centuries — later, it will look exactly as it does today.

Compare that to production frames made with imitation gold from inexpensive base metals like copper and zinc. It can look similar when new, but it has no intrinsic value and will darken, dull, and deteriorate over time.

We offer production frames with our prints only — when cost is a consideration, they serve a purpose. If you're looking for a beautifully finished-corner, handmade frame, crafted from exceptional wood or finished in traditional water gilding, something that truly lifts a space, we are proud to serve you through @fattorifineframes

Coastal Lily: where a sophisticated craftsman spirit meets a casual California state of mind. 🌿

Earthy greens, warm browns, soft sand and gold set the palette for this sitting area.

The star is our Coastal Lily antique botanical print, framed and hung above a Charles Stewart lounge chair in solid green. The chair is upholstered in a custom Cowtan & Tout cotton linen blend we selected from England. A Vaughan Design floor lamp, side table and a kilim area rug add layers of texture and natural materials.

Like everything at Dixie & Grace, it’s made to order….including the hand made crystal from the Czech Republic double old fashioned glasses.

We’re not a retail catalog.

We’re designers with an online shop. Shop the collection yourself for a DIY project, or let us help you navigate the exclusive world of design.

Visit the shop or send us a message to start the conversation.

Here's a way to think about furniture that never fails.

Think about restaurants. Tier one: fast food — built for speed, scale, and price. Tier two: the polished chains — nicer presentation, same business model. Tier three: the private chefs and exceptional boutique kitchens, where the ingredients, the craft, and the experience are everything.

Furniture works exactly the same way.

Mass-market, fast-turn, built for volume — different logos, same ending. And then there's the trade world: makers like O. Henry House and Keith Fritz, building with craftsmanship, customization, and longevity in mind.

Beautiful rooms don't come from trend cycles. They come from quality, proportion, and artistry that outlives the trends. Choose accordingly.

The Mallorca Collection | Mediterranean Style

Terracotta and sea green create a beautiful Mediterranean palette in this bedroom, where twin iron canopy beds bring timeless character and understated elegance.

We’ve paired a Cowtan & Tout linen-cotton blend for the draperies with custom ottomans by O. Henry House upholstered in a new Cowtan & Tout linen check. Vaughan Design provides the finishing touch with a distinctive side table and lamp, complemented by the quiet beauty of an antique botanical print.

At Dixie & Grace, every element is thoughtfully selected, and furnishings are custom made to bring a cohesive vision to life. From the fabrics and finishes to the furniture and art, we help you bring distinctive design to air, land and sea.

Design integrity, made in America.

The A. Rudin No. 846 Lounge Chair joins our Gulf Stream Collection for a reason. Its cane-back silhouette draws on classic French seating, while the clean, transitional lines keep it at home in a modern Palm Beach interior. The open caning lets light pass through the piece and sets a quiet textural counterpoint to the wood frame.

What I admire most is how it’s made. A. Rudin began in 1912, when Morris Rudin rode a motorcycle from San Francisco to Los Angeles and opened an upholstery workshop in a garage. Four generations later, every piece is still benchmade in Vernon, California, by individual artisans, from the hardwood frame to the hand-tied springs. There are no automated assembly lines.

Because each chair is built to order, it’s available to the trade only, which lets a designer specify finish, dimensions, and COM fabric or leather so the piece belongs to its architecture. That is the Gesamtkunstwerk idea in practice: every element in a room considered as part of the whole.

Available through Dixie & Grace. Inquiries welcome.
