I am the luckiest most spoiled girlie in the world 🥹 thank you @dj_nappa__ for the best birthday trip to the Goldie and for surprising me with the most breathtaking air bnb! Absolute heaven and much needed relaxation. I love you so much ❤️ xxxx by @sarah_armstrongxx

Celebrating 4 months off the drink today 🫶

People keep asking me how do I do it - the biggest advice I can give you is you don't have to change anything about your life, nor should you. I probably go out now more then ever because I'm not wasting half my week dying hungover!

The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was my mindset.
If I need a drink to enjoy being somewhere / doing something / being surrounded by certain people - it's a sign to not do it at all✨

I'm still a work in progress but one thing I know for sure -
Life just keeps getting better 🥹❤️✨ by @sarah_armstrongxx

Happy 2 year anniversary to my soul mate and best friend ❤️ these last two years have been the best of my life and we're just getting started 💕 you make me the happiest girl in the world & I'm so incredibly proud of you in everything that you do ❤️ thank you for always being my biggest cheerleader, for being my safe space, for picking me flowers everywhere we go (even in the fckin aisles of woolies 🤣) , for always being such a gentleman and for every single thing you do for me, big and small. None of it goes unnoticed and I appreciate you so much 🥹 every single woman in the world deserves to be loved the way you love me, and I count my lucky stars every single day that I'm the one you chose to share your life with 🥹 here's to forever baby, I adore ya ❤️ xxx by @sarah_armstrongxx

Still reminiscing about what an amazing weekend I had this year at Strawberry Fields! 🍓I've attended this festival every year since arriving in Australia (bar Covid) and it just gets better and better every time. ❤️ This year the music was some of the best I've ever heard, the art installations better with every year, the weather was perfection and the days spent by the lake so relaxing and the reset we all needed from this crazy fckin world we live in.

But the thing I love most about this festival is the community and the connections you make, both with new friends as well as strengthening the bonds even more with the friends you go with. Not just through the fun that we have, the energy we share and the memories that we create together (that I know will be the ones I cherish most in life) 🥹 But also just the care I witnessed in people looking after each other, in lifting each other up when needed and in looking out for each other if someone's struggling. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who made this Strawberry one of the best I've ever attended, I cannot wait for the next one already and rest assured ill still be there every year til I fckin die 🤣❤️
