Moving here while the land was sleeping and blanketed with snow was such a gift- to be able to meet the land as she’s come to life blossom by blossom this Spring and Summer has been an absolute joy. 🌈
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Only one more season left to reveal itself… and Fall is always my favorite!! 😉🍂

I’m continuing to offer FREE ✨🌈 Tarot Readings 🌈✨all summer! It has been such an honor to share space with all the beautiful souls that I’ve had sessions with this summer, and I want to keep building the energy!

My intention for each session is for you to find greater clarity around your emotions and understanding of how you are relating to the energies and dynamics in your life.

For each card,
I ask you what you see,
what you feel…

It’s a space to contemplate,
to go within,
to explore,
to use your imagination,
to use your intuition,
to share a moment of beauty together,
to be in our magic together.

DM me for the link!

Hope to see you inbetween worlds,
Sarah xoxo

How does the word “discipline” feel in your body vs “self respect”?

Feeling the energy of the full moon + summer and it’s putting me into motion! 🌝🌞

Still offering free tarot readings for the month of July! Let’s be magical together 💜

Lots of love,
Sarah xo

Speaking about trust vs faith when inviting new energies into our life ✨🤍

Trust as something that is built through repetition,
We trust it because it has become predictable,
A very grounded energy

Faith as an expansive energy,
One that lives in the heart,
One that allows in new possibilities ✨

Thais had just taken my “Soul Portraits”
and I still felt the magic of the shoot lingering.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Eventually, she invited me into the ocean for one last swim,
something I would rarely pass up,
but I felt called to stay on the beach,
so I declined.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The sun was getting hotter,
so I decided to walk toward the tree line for some shade.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As I stood there,
something in the distance caught my eye,
stones laid out in the sand…
were they forming a number?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I decided to get closer…
It wasn’t a number,
It was a word…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The exact word I had chosen for my time in Hawaii…
Just staring back at me,
Loud and clear,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“L I S T E N”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thais found me,
and gasped- “it’s your word!”
She took these photos of me,
and then my “Soul Portraits” were complete.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s moments like this that make me feel
alive,
connected,
and in complete awe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So often we think something is over,
and there’s actually more…
more magic, more life, more depth,
all we have to do,
is listen.

I felt the ocean completely surrounding me...
I felt my body rising and falling as we sped over the waves...
Laying on the deck of the boat-
I saw a bird in my mind’s eye,
I reached my hand upwards to connect its energy,
I opend my eyes and there was the bird,
sailing on the wind directly above my heart center,
and in that moment I knew I was with
the interconnectedness of life,
the magic of life,
the heart of life.

In times of big transition, when we are in the in-between, we can tell ourselves that we are lost in the void of the abyss…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or we can see it as an opportunity ✨
- To lead ourselves
- To create anchors for ourselves
- To invite in new energies
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A year ago... 💗Temple Time💗with Thais Aquino on the magical island of Maui provided just that-
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ✨led myself✨ by saying “yes” to co-creating with her once again,
Returning after three years…
Last time on the new moon,
This time on the full moon of the Summer Solstice,
Knowing and honoring that it was time to birth new worlds-
I had the willingness to let go,
And the courage to dream a new dream,
And I wanted to do it within the embrace of friendship,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ✨anchored myself✨ through the images of her photography-
Locating myself through image…
Knowing I’ll always be able to return to the images she captured of me,
Knowing this moment was worthy of remembrance,
A time outside of time,
Clearing the path to walk a new direction,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ✨invited new energies✨ into the heart of my life by embodying them…
Freedom- swimming naked in the ocean,
Intimacy - reading on a fallen tree in the forest,
Expression - singing into a microphone,
Hope - finding rainbows when I least expected them…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When we feel stuck,
It’s time to build new relationships with life,
It’s time to get our of our head and into our heart
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you @thaisaquinophotography for holding space, for walking your medicine path, and for the unique gifts you offer this world.
