GIVEAWAY TIME

We are giving away a space at our mobility workshop next Saturday.

Three workshop sessions run by three incredible coaches. Expect a deep dive into mobility training and lots of drills you can take away for your own training 🧘🏼

@transformthroughlifestyle is getting the workshop underway with a movement to breath session- the perfect warm up.

@flindersfitness is then taking the reigns with some progressive mobility drills that you can slot straight into your own practice.

@sarahfreedomflows is taking a slow stretch and savasana to bring the workshop to a close.

A Birthday Weekend to remember... 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🤍🙏🏻

Glasgow in January. 48 hrs of non stop talking, flowing and fun. Like we'd never been apart. Thankyou for spoiling me @jamesdlaw From Bali to Bonnie Scotland.

Another year 🎀🥂🍾🎈

...and feeling so grateful for the most special friends and family. A birthday to remember, I laughed and cried (multiple times of course). To all of you who were so kind to celebrate with me in person, or from afar, thankyou. I love you, and I'm sorry I have barely any photos🙈.

I felt so cherished 🙏🏻🤍xxx by @sarahfreedomflows

🎉 Working on my new party piece.. Skin the cat / German hang. On the high rings 😱

Calisthenics. Nothing harder. Nothing more rewarding ✨🤸🏼💘

If there's one man who can still get a tune out of my very cold, very tired body, and wearing 5 layers 😂.. it's @flindersfitness 🤍🥶❄️
