You’re struggling to make progress because you keep making excuses.

Growth doesn’t happen when it’s easy, you will struggle, you will fail, you will make mistakes and you will have setbacks. It’s a process.

There’s never going to be a perfect moment to start.

This is quite a requested video but I mostly eat the same foods every day, occasionally switching it up. This is what works for me and that’s what matters.

Breakfast:
Greek yoghurt, fruit, oats, 90% dark chocolate

Lunch:
Scrambled egg on sourdough toast

Post gym:
Cream of rice with @oxyshred_uk whey protein

3 KEY TIPS FOR FAT LOSS :

Whole foods ON REPEAT
No random meals, no random protein bars. I eat 3-4 meals a day based around protein. Eat better foods, not less.

Daily movement
I focus on strength training 4 x a week alongside walking daily. No endless amounts of cardio.

Consistency not perfection
If your habits are consistent, a meal, social event, holiday, won’t ruin progress. One day, week, meal off doesn’t mean you’ve failed, get straight back to routine when you can.

No restriction, just a plan and balance.
