Mosaic butterfly 🦋 detail in one of the many transformation + birthing rooms at Hygeia House @hygieiahealth_org in Nashua, Northern Rivers not far from my home!

Women can birth here and be supported in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. So many skilled practitioners, volunteers, visionaries, and way-showers have dreamed this into existence.

May it ✨ T H R I V E ✨and multiply and contribute to bringing forth a new, more evolved and supported birthing paradigm here in Australia where the sacred rite of passage of motherhood is fully honoured and revered and mothers and babies have all their needs met. And so it is ❤️🙏✨

Soulful singer-songwriter YIRRMAL lifted the Byron Theatre to new heights last night! His music uplifting, powerful and passionate.

Thank you especially to my beautiful friend Sinem Saban @ourgenerationmedia for bringing Yirrmal to Byron and inviting us all to experience an extraordinary storyteller in full flight.

A memory from the Yunupingu clan at Gulkula where I received a profound healing and rebirthing experience in a bathtub of bush medicine, held tenderly by a circle of wise and loving Yolŋu women ❤️💛🖤

I see an eye, an emu footprint, ancient, un-rushed, open-hearted storytelling passed down from mother to daughter to granddaughter, tracing the eternal spiral of life, woven beautifully in its simplicity. 🌀❤️

Vale Sugarman Rodriguez, you absolute legend! 🎶 ❤️
I hope your beautiful soul and big, big heart can rest now for a bit atleast.
Thanks for sharing your amazing musical and lyrical genius. What an inspiring life you’ve lived!

Trusting you have a divinely guided and peaceful transition through the Lions Gate ✨🦁

*this photo is a happy memory taken right after a cheeky peace pipe backstage at the Arts Centre show in 2013 🌱
