Throw pillow collector. Mom. Not in that order. If you enjoy sarcasm and pictures of a family that isn’t yours, you’ve come to the right spot. 🏡✌🏼

40. 🌈

I can confidently say I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. And that means a whole lot more knowing what it took to get here.

The last few years have been a lot. Some really hard decisions, a whole lot of change, starting over, and figuring out who I am outside of who I’ve always been expected to be.

And somewhere in all of that, I learned to really love myself. To trust my own judgment, stop making excuses for things that don’t make me happy, and be a little more selfish with my time and energy.

I have three incredible girls, people in my corner who I absolutely adore, a life I’m genuinely proud of, and more things I’m excited about than I can count.

I don’t wish I could go back. Not even a little bit. I like who I am at 40 a hell of a lot more than who I was at 20 or 30.

No wishes this year. Just a whole lot of gratitude for the life I get to live. by @sarahmarieflynn

Thankful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💫 by @sarahmarieflynn

Some friendships don’t just happen by accident. They show up quietly, right when your soul needs them most.

Today was such a special day celebrating my girl, and I found myself looking around feeling overwhelmingly grateful for the people who have walked beside us through so many seasons of life.

So thankful for this beautiful human and sweet AJ For the laughter, the support, the safe space, the memories, and the kind of friendship that feels easy, genuine, and deeply rooted. You two have become such a meaningful part of our lives, and I honestly can’t imagine this chapter without you.

Life has a funny way of placing the right people in your path at exactly the right time. And I’ll forever be thankful it gave us you. by @sarahmarieflynn

Fancy couple. 🫶🏼 by @sarahmarieflynn

McCall ➡️ Aspen ➡️ Boulder ➡️ San Diego ➡️ Whitefish

Soaking up every last adventure with all our crew, but especially my OG girl before this next chapter begins. It’s funny how you spend years counting down to them growing up… and then suddenly you’re wishing you could slow time.

I’m so grateful for this loud, messy, hilarious, beautiful little life and the people I get to share it with. by @sarahmarieflynn

I blinked and she was 18. I love you endlessly, Bug. *Except when you yell at me about chai tea latte arrival times. by @sarahmarieflynn
