Are you a first timer, about to step on stage this year? Looking for guidance stepping into the BEST version of yourself for the ICN or NBA stage?

I was a first timer once too. Before turning pro, my journey started with nerves, uncertainty, and second-guessing myself - especially with posing, which barely existed in my first season.

So if there’s a part of you that’s nervous about getting started? I get it. I’ve been there.

But if there’s also a part of you - however small - that’s hungry for a challenge that means something deeply to you, then I’m here for you.

I don’t just teach transitions and quarter turns. I help you build a magnetic stage presence that’s tailored to YOU and aligned with federation judging criteria.

When you walk out on stage, I want the judges to feel your presence before you even hit your first pose.

What I coach:
🏆 ICN & NBA
📋 Bikini | Swimsuit | Wellness | Sports & Fitness

How it works:
📍 45-minute posing lessons in-person

If you were to ask me how does it feel to wear the title of an ICN PRO. I would say it feels like a dream; I still haven’t woken up.

I will do a proper post once professional pics are in with enough time for me to properly process my competitive season. Everything feels like a haze still!

Important acknowledgements to address to some of my people from my corner over the last 25 weeks and beyond..
@beyond_calories_coaching - as your ongoing long-term client…to now your FIRST female ICN Pro. Quite a journey we have been on together since my first and prior show in 2019 🤯 I feel humbled to carry that title 🥹🗡️
@personalisedposing - as your “Lady from the North”. Living in Townsville it’s still wild to me what we have just achieved together this season in the majority of our fortnightly posing lessons…ONLINE!!! With only two being F2F!! Mind blowing 🤯
@sarahbellllll my prep sister - grateful to have ridden this crazy train with you!! Looking forward to watching your journey in your bodybuilding career. 👀
@wayne.scott.92798 importantly my anchor. Thankyou for never giving up on me or folding when times got tough. We both won. It’s hard for me to express myself sometimes - words are never enough however it’s now my turn to give back & I will do my best 🥹 ❤️

To @icnqld @icn_act & @icnaustralia for delivering a grandeur show & media platform to showcase our state & nation’s elite, natural athletes.

To my fellow competitors in the Open class and Pro lineups - I appreciate you all for bringing the heat this season!! You all pushed me to bring my best that night.

Last but not least my work colleagues for your support and understanding, and family for opening your doors for us to stay inbetween shows.

Thankyou all for standing by me.

Somebody pinch me!! 🥹

If you think you are not progressing with your posing, it may be that you are WAY too hard on yourself!! 📣

I was curious to see progression with my stage walk practice over the last 12 months in my offseason.

So I went through my phone camera, and picked a few clips I’d saved over my journey so far.

I’m so glad I had kept these. The GROWTH (in more ways than one)🥹🍗 🧠

I get the frustration when progression stalls. Believe me!! That’s why I recommend filming yourself. Then playback. Do an audit. Study your weak areas & celebrate YOUR wins 🥳

Never lose sight of how far you have come. And if you need a little extra support I’m a DM away 💫

Raw and real. Because editing with a chat GPT caption on a Sunday is too overstimulating 🥴

So. You’re getting all of me this time. Raw footage; one take.

This isn’t great content. And today’s posing practice was not my best work. The lighting is off. My camera is without a perfect setup. And there are SO many things about this routine I could pick apart.

Everything in me says I shouldn’t be putting this out there - which is how I feel almost ALWAYS with a lot of my ideas!! 🫠

SO, I hope this sparks something in you that if you have a message; I challenge you to deliver it without suppression.

Unfiltered. Unscripted. Unabashed.

And I will try to do the same more often!

GO. 💫 by @sarahscott_fit

Your stagewear should make you feel incredible, then let YOUR physique and posing do the talking on stage. 💜

Sarah took out Ms Fitness Model Overall Champion at the ICN North QLD Championships, sword, crown and all - going on to win her Fitness PRO CARD with @icnaustralia - and she did it proudly wearing a custom bikini made by @kokoaustralia_stagewear 👑

That’s why I’m so proud to partner with @kokoaustralia_stagewear - When the suit fits your physique and your category, you can focus on owning the stage. ✨

Celebrating my first posing client Jordi who entered her first bodybuilding competition last Sunday at the ICN North Queensland Championships ✨

What I love about these moments is Jordi’s unfiltered joy & happiness. It’s important to me as a posing coach that your day is filled with unforgettable memories that you will hold onto - even moreso than your placings 🫶

Starting from our first posing lesson together (which I’ll always remember as April 22nd 🥹) AND during our collaboration over the last 5 months our goal was to create a posing routine personalised to Jordi’s strengths, whilst managing some of her personal injuries - and I believe we both accomplished that 👊🏻

I cannot WAIT to see what’s next for Jordi’s future in bodybuilding - watch this space!! 🖤 by @sarahscott_fit

Happy Show Day eve to my posing client @_jordivic_ , who will be competing at the @icnqld North QLD Bodybuilding Championship tomorrow!

We have both worked the last 5 months together as first-timers. For Jordi, it will be her first time stepping on stage. As for myself, I get to witness my first posing client shine.✨

Jordi, I am so proud of you. There were obstacles in your path but with your tenacity and hard work you finally reached your end goal. You never gave up on yourself and I know how much this journey has meant to you 🫶

Thankyou again for choosing me as your posing coach to guide you to the bodybuilding stage for your first time. Whatever happens tomorrow you are already a winner in my eyes 🖤 by @sarahscott_fit

Yesterday’s ICN posing workshop was a vibe ✨

I was blessed with the opportunity to share my knowledge to empower a small circle of women to take up space, and be seen.

One of those women, having travelled all of the way from Airlie Beach just to spend 90 minutes in our little group 🫶🥹

A shoutout to you all for coming yesterday; it showed that YOU believed in what I had to offer to help you get stage ready…with just 6 WEEKS TO GO 🎉

It was humbling watching each of you grow with confidence; sharing in the laughs & camaraderie 👏🏻

And with all my excitement…I forgot to take a group pic haha 🙈

If you are new to competing and searching for a chill lil’ group space like this to learn & refine your routine, come & play!! I invite your curiosity; everyone is welcome 😎

📲 Competing in 2027? I’d love to hear from you! DM me for enquiries OR for 1:1 book me straightaway!! Link in bio. 🔗 by @sarahscott_fit

You only get one shot at this life!!

As I approach 40 in a few months I’m realising that life is too short to settle.

I saw a story recently with a quote that said “You’re going to be dead forever”. Confronting yes, but it’s true. And it sat with me.

People go through life hoping that things will land in their lap. Working jobs they hate. No hustle; no ambition. Don’t let that be you!! You were not put on this earth to settle for a life of mediocrity.

So here I am “doing the thing”; following my path with posing. This is just my small way of giving back with my hope of showing you what’s possible when you go all in. THIS is what I’m passionate about.

AND when you go all in, this is what you can achieve. A lil progress update approximately 4 weeks since @donnaatkins_theposingcoach walking workshop.

GO DO THE DAMN THING!! 🤍 by @sarahscott_fit

Little did I know that my own bodybuilding prep would take me to a place, 12 months later, where I can support other women in posing 👠

As a female in the gym pumping weights, training to failure & maxing PR’s - the energy thats required to perform like that CONSISTENTLY can feel very masculine!! 😮‍💨THEN slipping on a pair of heels afterward - I become “her”. And to me, that’s a powerful energy shift.

Through posing I discovered a playful side. And the more I practice, the more I’m learning about ME. It has been the best thing for my personal development & confidence.

And honestly, if this venture doesn’t work out - I will STILL continue practicing. I will continue to refine. THAT’s how passionate I am. 🫶

If this message speaks to you, and you’d like to know how I can help you with your posing technique, send me a DM - I’d love to connect 📲
