The Morning Massage Routine. Part 2.

Part 1 is the reel just before this one.

Part 2. Steps 12 to 18.

String the 2 parts together and you’ve got a full routine.

Take the moves that resonate, leave the ones that don’t.

Make it work for you.

That’s it.

❤️❤️❤️

The Nasolabial Folds.

An area I love to work on at the moment.

And this one works so well at smoothing, lifting, stimulating blood flow and encouraging collagen production in the nasolabial folds.

Save. Try. Repeat.

The eye series. Part 1.

Couple of simple massages that are a great way to depuff, aid lymphatic drainage, increase circulation to the area around your eyes and encourage collagen production.

Low-key doubles as a cheekbone sculptor too 👊🏾

Try these first thing in the morning, before an event, before bed, whenever. Slip is crucial for this - I use an oil cleanser.

Ok byeee 👋🏾

The Neck Massage.

Fast becoming one of my favourite areas to massage.

To drain, to soothe and relax, to help increase blood flow to the area, to help encourage collagen production and to help keep my skin supple and taught.

I’m actually super unwell and aching everywhere rn. It’s giving Covid tbh.

But I really do get a massage in, twice a day, regardless. So I thought I may as well film and edit this for you at the same time. And now, bath and sleep. Because booooyyyy, I really need it 😔

But anyway, my body loved this today. No, it needed this today.

Consistency is the ultimate key. As always.

Save. Try. Repeat.

😘😘😘

The Nasolabial Folds.

I love, love, lovvvve to work on this area.

And in this massage, I do so from the inside and the outside of my cheek, simultaneously.

Using my thumb on the inside and forefinger on the outside, I pinch and slide upwards.

I’m always increasing blood flow to the area, to help encourage collagen production and help keep my skin as supple as naturally possible.

Goes without saying but I do this with freshly cleaned hands.

Consistency. Consistency. Consistency.

Always.

Save. Try. Repeat.

😘

The Marionette Lines.

This massage is so quick and so easy.

Of course, the more time the better however, 3 sets, for like 15 seconds each set, twice a day is what I do.

Very, very premium.

I do this massage to help smooth, help increase blood flow and help encourage collagen production which is important for skin elasticity.

Helping my skin to be a supple as possible.

Consistency. Always.

Save. Try. Repeat.

The Morning Massage Routine.

I will be doing this exact routine tomorrow morning.

Each move, for as many reps as I have the time. The more time and reps, the better.

Here’s what it’s going to do:

- Depuff my face
- Help increase blood flow
- Help encourage collagen production
- Allow me time to connect with myself with kindness and grace, first thing on a Monday morning
- Set me up for the day and week ahead with that intention in mind

I cannot stress enough, how powerful the last two points on the list have been for me over the years.

And how much the tone they set, has transcended into all areas of my life, far beyond skincare.

And how building that muscle, has been such an incredible tool to have at my disposal.

Save. Try. Repeat.

And as always, take what resonates, leave what doesn’t but know that frequency and consistency are game changers for this practice.

A word to the wise is enough.

See ya ❤️❤️

The Jawline Sequence.

One of my favvve areas to work on is my jawline.

This is a sequence that I love for toning, sculpting, draining, snatching my jawline.

And in the long term:

Helping to encourage collagen production and helping to keep my skin supple.

It’s the long game that I’m playing.

Save. Try. Repeat.

Bye byyyyyeeeee.

The Lip Massage.

I’m not leaving any part of my face behind tbh.

So I massage my lips as well.

Mainly with the long game in mind. To keep the skin around my lips as supple as possible, and for my lips themselves: to extend all of the benefits of facial massage (e.g increase circulation to the area, encourage collagen production etc).

Save. Try. Repeat.

The Smile Lines.

Or nasolabial folds. Either/or.

As much as I massage my face is as much as I exercise the muscles in my face as well.

I clocked from young that if exercising the muscles in my body was important, why would the muscles in my face be any different.

Game. Changed.

So for the nasolabial folds, I’m ALWAYS doing the two in tandem.

And this vid shows you how.

The thumbs are resistance while I contract and release the muscles around my lips and in my cheeks, by simultaneously pouting.

I’ll contract and realease about 10 times.

Then massage each side for about 15 seconds.

Then repeat that sequence 3 times.

Toned, lifted and a softening of that whole area is the effect for me.

And just like working my body, consistency is key for my face too.

Save. Try. Repeat.

The Cheek Lines Massage.

Or smile lines on the cheek. Or just an all round cheek lifter and firmer.

This has an immediate lifting and sculpting effect for me but I’m personally more interested in the blood flow that it’s drawing to the area and how that’s helping to encourage collagen production and help keep my skin supple.

Consistency is everything.

Save. Try. Repeat.

C ya ❤️

The Double Chin Area.

We go again with another massage that I love for this area.

For me, it tones the area like a dream case scenario.

And it’s never failed me, not since I began doing it over 15 years ago.

Save. Try. Repeat.
