A first dance among the pines before celebrating in the mountain moonlight?! Hello?! It really doesn't get better than venues like this gem: a lush riverside oasis tucked away in nature, surrounded by green green and more green. And you know what, those sentences DO sound like AI but they're NOT and I'm actually just very moved by trees.🌲🤍

POV: you find out how good life can get. 😏🤍

10 years into this and I still need to make souvenir t-shirts that say "I wet my pants in Malibu with Sara Knobel" for all my beach session superstars. 😂🌊 by @saraknobelphoto

The world’s most exquisite mustache, a vibrant orange sunset, perhaps a roadside tequila shot, a playful duo in love, & an afternoon of gorgeous hiking and non-stop cackling?! It just doesn’t get better than engagement sessions like this one in the Malibu mountains. My face hurt from smiling. 🙂‍↕️

Cannot wait to capture this sweet couple's wedding this summer. 🌴 by @saraknobelphoto

The Boothmans, married a year ago at The Genevieve Hotel in beautiful Santa Ynez. A wedding day so sweet, so relaxed, so fun, and so gentle I could hardly believe I got to call it a job. From ABBA in the bridal suite to TSwift on the dance floor. I am a lucky duck, and these two are verryy special!!! ☀️

A few favorites from K & B's engagement session in the Malibu mountains, shot on film & digital. 🎞️ I've never met more photogenic dogs in my life (scroll immediately!!!) Can't wait to celebrate these two in July. 🤍 by @saraknobelphoto

Maternity photos in Malibu for two of my favorites. 🎞️🌊 From their engagement to their wedding to becoming parents, what a privilege it is to keep up with the Gurzis!!! 🫶🏻 by @saraknobelphoto

My friends on an island, shot on film!!! 🎞️✨

Learning to shoot & love film has fully reinvigorated my excitement for this work. I am HYPE to offer it to all my 2026 & 2027 couples. 🥲

Biggg thanks to @nessietodd, my spiritual film guide, who received approximately 980 texts per hour from me as I embarked on my journey w/ this new medium! by @saraknobelphoto

Part 2 of Talia & Ben's breathtaking garden party wedding: a few of my fav portraits of them captured minutes after they became husband & wife. 🤍 The love these two share is truly electric and deeper than the Mariana Trench. Will never get over it. 🌿 by @saraknobelphoto

Taylor was reeeally onto something when he declared, at the ripe age of 5, on a school bus en route to a field trip, that he was going to marry Michelle. But for some reason I didn't end up marrying Usher? Suspicious.

This wedding had it all: the most unbelievable childhood meet-cute, the couple's dads embracing with tears in their eyes while walking up the aisle, kids being kids, Michelle's aspirational biceps, a guys vs gals beer pong game (girls won), an electric horah followed by the most packed dance floor you've ever seen, and 101 other sweet moments I don't have the word count to convey. 🔥

You really had to be there. 🫶🏻
