scroll to the end to see the date “that wasn’t a date” in may 2023 so fun fact when jon and i met in may of 2023 we were both healing from past relationships, but we were pretty much inseparable. the first night we hung out we sat in his car until 4am just talking and laughing. we didn’t wanna stop hanging out so the very next day we decided we’d go to the beach, but we made it VERY clear that “we are both healing and we’re strictly friends”. so when we got to the beach, we were hungry. Soooo naturally, we decided to get a pizza from PAPAs pizza and have a picnic eating it on the beach. we even took a walk along the beach when we were done…. But we were just friends so it didn’t mean anything…. or so we thought. fast forward to November of 2024… i married my best friend, and what better way to commemorate our love than @papas_pizza_downtown itself. forever grateful for that silly little “not pizza date” you make me wanna be better every day my sweet jon. i love you forever. 📸: @alexblakeneyphoto by @saralee.joness
