Yes, your gym outfit can make you sick.
Every time you sweat in plastic fibers, your skin is taking some of it back. Studies show up to 8% of the chemicals in microplastics — like flame retardants — can be absorbed straight through sweaty skin into your bloodstream.

The sweatier you are, the more you absorb.
It's not just what you put into the world. It's what you give your own body to breathe.

Start being creative. Don't throw away the shirt with a stain — make something new out of it.
Use your imagination. The system wants you to stop thinking.
Think twice next time you grab a €3 shirt that lasts one season.
You don't have to hop on every trend if you're creative enough.

All designs created by myself 🤝🏾 wanna know more fashion tricks and tips with a consciousnessflow? 👀👇🏽

Not every friendship in my life was toxic.
I've had incredible ones too.
People who create, who reflect, who look beyond their own bubble, and who know how to give and receive love.

Can you relate? Would love to hear about it 👀

real talk: putting pain into bars doesn't just let it out, it changes how it sits in you — science backs it, we always knew it.
@maizycasave built this one live, guitar first, then sang it straight into existence, streets of Valencia rolling by - the flow switches, the voice, the raw delivery

some wounds aren't yours, but you carry them anyway 🖤
have you ever gotten "that look" — the one that makes you flinch before you even know why?
I used to think it was my dad's accent. it wasn't. it was never about him.
growing up with an immigrant parent means you learn to read rooms before you can even read books — you feel the tension before anyone says a word
society teaches kids what to be ashamed of long before the kids understand why
swipe through and unlearn that shit with me

I still know people who genuinely think it doesn't matter which words we use. It does. Language doesn't need bad intent to carry a violent history — it just needs you to keep repeating it.
Swipe through 6 expressions with a racist or colonial past — and what to say instead.
Which words did you grow up hearing that you're now unlearning?

some things you don't know you're missing until they're finally yours ☀️
this one's less about complaining, more about what it feels like to finally exhale
swipe through — some of it is small, some of it took me 32 years to name it

83% of top films had zero women directors last year 📊
the numbers explain why: financiers and productioncompanies tend to back directors who already have a track record — a track record women were historically never given the chance to build. self-fulfilling gatekeeping.
and more than 30% of women in this industry report experiencing sexist attitudes or harassment at work — enough to push a lot of talented women out before they even get that chance
now think about what that means for the content itself: most films, ads, and stories are shaped almost entirely through a male lens
that shapes how women get portrayed on screen, what stories get told, whose perspective becomes "normal" — and eventually, how society sees us
it's not a talent gap. it's a gatekeeping problem.

after 32 years on this planet, I finally feel like myself — not an expat, just finally home
grew up in the countryside (Vorarlberg) right on the Swiss border, and experienced more forms of racism than I can count.
funny how you can hold a dream job and still feel like a stranger in your own life
Austria gave me a job which I really love. But it also gave me to many reasons to leave.
swipe through why 🇦🇹➡️🇪🇸
I'll be diving deeper into each one of these in the coming weeks — this is just the start
