Real strength isn’t hiding your pain. It’s having the courage to speak up, ask for help and allow yourself to be human! by @saranda_poetess

Did you know that India offers fully funded training opportunities through the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programme?

I recently attended an event highlighting these amazing opportunities, and I’m excited to encourage more young people in Rwanda to apply!

You could be the next ITEC participant! Apply through the official platforms and take advantage of this opportunity to learn, grow and advance your career.

You can love people, miss them and still choose to let them go. Not everyone is meant for your next chapter, and that’s okay!

We were selected🥳 God🥺🙏🏾

Losing my mom taught me that grief can make “Are you okay?” one of the hardest questions to answer. I smiled and said, “I’m okay,” even when I wasn’t.

Today, I’m truly honoured to be selected as an Are You Okay? Wellbeing Champion with the @officialcyc (Commonwealth Youth Council). This role is deeply personal to me. I’m ready to ASK. LISTEN. CONNECT. ACT and use my voice to remind others that it’s okay not to be okay and that you’re not alone.
