Basking in the energy of beauty, abundance and joy. Happy Lion’s Gate 8/8 🦁🔥🪄♾️

Whether this day has any significance or not, one thing I know for sure is that the more you tap into these energies, the more that you create from that space.

More joy.
More play.
More peace.
More blessings.
More moments that make you feel alive.

What you believe is possible and the energy you bring makes you more magnetic to your desires ❤️✨

What are you choosing to create more of?

Every woman should have friends that support their growth, hold their vision with them and celebrate all of life’s wins.

Jada and I met over a decade ago when we were both navigating challenges that were so deep I bet we could record a podcast about it 😂.

Even though we didn’t have all the answers but shared a deep commitment to create lives filled with fun, freedom and abundance.

We invested in ourselves and took countless trainings including everything from personal development, spirituality and business. It has been a blessing to watch one another’s unique gifts evolve as we live out our purpose.

There is so much power in building your dreams alongside other ambitious women who remind you of what’s possible.

Happiest birthday 🎂 to @simplicitbeauty! Celebrating every version of you as you continue to glow, grow and inspire. I am honored to have you as a friend. Here’s to another year of creating magic together ✨💫 God bless 🩷🙏🏼

One reason you’re not making more money in your business…

You stopped creating from joy.

I work with ambitious entrepreneurs who are ready to create success from alignment instead of exhaustion.

Your next level isn’t built through more effort.

It’s created by the version of you who’s lit up by life.

Your dream life isn’t created by sacrificing your joy for success, it’s created by becoming more fully alive.

If this is your vibe, stay tuned for the community experiences I’ll be co-hosting that help you tap into alignment 🩷

🔥 Comment “HUSTLE & FLOW” if you are a YES to creating success with more ease

XOXO,

Sara Nicole

I’m so grateful for the freedom and ability to take a full weekend to do nothing, just be, bask in the healing sunshine and feel deep appreciation for nature, life and the people in it. This is my idea of success.

Slowing down and connecting with nature reminded me how simple life gets to be, it’s the human mind that complicates things.

All of our fears, doubts, judgements and insecurities are just showing us the wounded parts that are waiting to be faced, healed and integrated.

In pure presence, the past doesn’t matter. Pure loving presence creates our future and with every thought and action, we create our reality from that space so remember that Life Is Good, God is good, all the time 🩷 by @saranicole_xoxo

𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅 90 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒉𝒐𝒍 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒆𝒏𝒅 🩷🎉

I am so proud of myself for the dedication and commitment this took 🥹. I thought it would be tempting to drink at this cute little restaurant we went to but longer I go without it, the less I miss it.

I’m not going to demonize drinking. I just wanted to share my experience with those that are sober curious like me and for those who wanted to hear more about the benefits I’ve noticed.

For me drinking would enhance my experience in beautiful settings with close friends, used in moderation and with intention. I think this made it harder to quit because I didn’t see it as a “problem” even though it is a poison and I would feel sluggish the next day/week.

I recently completed a parasite cleanse and it started to feel counterproductive to keep putting alcohol in my body when I invest so much time, money and energy into my health and wellbeing.

I would only drink once every month or two but didn’t notice a big difference until I cut it out for a full 90 days 🎉. I wish I knew sooner how good I would feel mentally & physically, WOW.

In these photo slides I have a list of all the benefits I’ve noticed but the most important one is how GOOD I feel & the mental clarity is next level 🔥.

Around the time I quit I had started this flower essence remedy called whole hearted by @alexissmartflowerremedies which I’ve used her essences for several months. She has a formula called “I quit” which I would recommend to anyone wanting to quit any habit.

I don’t do extreme restrictions so maybe I’ll have an occasional drink again one day but for now I feel so good that I decided to experiment and try 6 months without it.

Let me know in the comments if this was helpful and if you want an update after I reach the 6 month mark 💜 #sobercurious by @saranicole_xoxo

2023 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝 🩷

My intention for 2023 was: To be very intentional about falling deeper in love with myself and pouring more beauty, love and presence into all that I do and all that am.

Through the highs and lows, I did that and it led me to spend more time doing things I love. Hosting more in person and virtual events with sound healing & coaching, more spontaneous outings in nature, going back to dance classes just for fun and connecting deeper with the people in my life 🩷.

I’m deeply grateful for all the painful lessons that led to growth, blessings, memories and most importantly for having people in my life that really get me and celebrate me ☺️

For 2024 the focus is on creation and my intention is to bring more Alignment & Community into my life and to help others come into alignment with their highest potential 💓

When we live in alignment there is more balance & grace ☺️🩷

What are your intentions for 2024? by @saranicole_xoxo

Goddess energy 🤩 Yesterday was @saranicole_xoxo birthday, and I'm filled with gratitude to have a conscious leader like her in my life who continually inspires and supports me💕

Navigating the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship can be quite challenging . I often compare starting a business to embarking on a personal growth journey, as it will inevitably test you at some point so having a support system and likeminded friends is EVERYTHING.

The subconscious work you do will either hinder or propel your success because your specific energetic blueprint plays a pivotal role in your journey. Being self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and connected to your higher self and vision are essential elements for attracting and SUSTAINING the level of success you desire.

Over the past decade, Sara and I have immersed ourselves in numerous personal and spiritual growth workshops and trainings, leading to our personal growth and certifications in various coaching and healing modalities. We both recently earned our certification(on the SAME DAY😊) in Prosperity Energy Healing, where we guide individuals in releasing the five hooks of scarcity, helping them bridge the gap from where they are to where they aspire to be.

➡️I'm thrilled to announce my partnership with her in the Glow Up Circle accountability community, where she serves as the resident transformation coach and frequency healer. Together, we empower goal-oriented individuals who are in the beginner stages to manifest their next level of success in any area of their life and build an aligned business 💎

Swipe left to discover more details, so you can join us in time for our monthly goal-setting call. Send me a DM with the word "Glow up" to gain access to our free monthly marketing office hour and virtual sound bath. 🌟

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 💎🎂💎

The best gift I could ever receive is to continue being FULLY supported on my path and to keep living a life of freedom, flow and ease. Doing all that lights me up and celebrating with those I love 🩷

Thank you to everyone that sent me the sweetest messages ☺️🙏🏼 by @saranicole_xoxo

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 🩷

I see so many people go into overwhelm trying to make a dream happen, feeling behind, feeling like it’s taking too long, feeling like things should be different by now, feeling like other people have it easier.

All of this creates resistance and an energy of lack that slows the process down.

Reprogramming the subconscious mind, inner work, belief work and aligning with your souls desire to take action vs ego driven action helps us achieve our dreams faster and easier 🩷

Tomorrow, 8/30 at from 3-4pm PST, @glowvibessocial and I are hosting a mini sound bath & manifestation session, on zoom, to help you release what’s holding you back and anchor into the vision you want to create.

DM me if you would like to join our free glow up circle and gain access to this zoom 🎉 by @saranicole_xoxo

Doing the inner work actually works and it’s my passion to help women move from pain to pleasure, purpose and power 🔥
