POSTS STORIES REELS

Mountain lions, half dome and cables OH MY!
⛰️🐆🌲🥾🐿️🥲🤩☀️🤎
An adventure of a life time with the most amazing girls 💖
📍Half Dome, Yosemite National Park
20 miles (because we took the longer way up)
13 hours round trip
We laughed, cried, bitched, ran from a mountain lion, had panic attacks, but we cared for each other and we were a team 💫
I am so proud of myself and these girls! 🥹
Blessed beyond measure, thank you God ❤️

‼️‼️PAIN SUCKS‼️‼️

Pain really sucks after a spinal fusion. But guess what??? You don’t have to live a life being in constant pain. I had a spinal fusion 13 years ago and I have learned/keep learning how to manage my own aches and pains. I use these methods on the daily which have helped me so much and I want to share them with you 🫵🏼

Whether you’ve had a spinal fusion or not or just have back pain, you can take what you want from this reel and apply it to your daily life 💫 I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy so I know a thing or two about the body 😉 Do note, that I recommend seeing a Physical Therapist to help guide you through your healing journey, and especially if you want to try dry needling ✨ (only a licensed professional can administer this type of treatment).

My goal here is to help whoever I can to understand that you can live a life without being in constant pain and how you can learn to manage your pain. I want to help whoever I can to smile again, enjoy life and to have hope for better days 🙏🏼 Understand however, these methods have to be done consistently to reap the benefits. If you have any questions about the methods I use, please don’t hesitate to ask. I just want to spread helpful knowledge and help those who may be hurting 🤍
