POSTS STORIES REELS

UPDATE: If you’re in need of a bit of Wednesday listening, I’ve just rereleased Why We Need Adventure Playgrounds on SoundCloud! (link in my bio)

This project is super special to me. I’ve spent the last nine years as a playworker/youth worker/general-rowdy-child-whisperer and it was such a joy to delve into the history of adventure play & work with all the brilliant young people who made this podcast possible.

Love letter to sweet winter !!!!!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟 by @saskiacookson

A month ago I lost my beautiful grandma. My mentor, my teacher, my beloved friend.

It’s been a deeply strange time, and I’ve struggled to find the words to express how I’m feeling - not just to the world around me but to myself. There’s something sobering and earth-shattering in equal measure about losing your place at the children’s table. And instead being party to all the adult conversations that happen when someone dies. Not just being sad but organised. You can get lost from the emotions for a minute.

In any case, it’s those I want to tap into so here’s a little letter to my grandma xxx by @saskiacookson

Jack of all trades, master of podcasting!!!!!! 🫡🃏🌟🫡🃏🌟 by @saskiacookson

Revving myself up for #2026, the year of THE GRIND. Many people thought we’d be leaving this way of life in 2025 but they were SORELY MISTAKEN. While dubai chocolate, Claudia Winkleman and climate activism were but fleeting trends in this rollercoaster we call life, the grindset is FOREVER.

We all have different reasons to get stacked but I for one am readying myself for my future as an Amazon delivery robot’s underling. New #YEAR, new #GRIND folks! 🤖 Lov xxx
